Just moving in I'm seeing the reviews and for one the property looked well kept, the area is shady is what people say but that's all of houston. Pest won't be a issue since I own a pest control business, spraying 3 hrs before we move in and monthly spraying plus picking up after yourself and taking the trash out daily will help. They say people drive through here slowly and it scares them? Well I got kids so I'd hope they drive thru slowly. Office staff takes long to help? They have hundred(s) of units of people I wouldn't expect them to come to my rescue right away I know they got a lot of crap to deal with. Look, mind your business, clean up after yourself and whipe sinks down after use boom pest controlled plus pay few dollars a month and have it sprayed for pest prevention. We will give it a try and hope for the best. Get renter insurance people and you got nothing to worry about. Simple.

My experience at Edgebrook apartments has been hell. The maintenance halfway fixes things and the luxury of the apartment is not up to part with the price. Somethings always wrong with the water, management is rude and does not have any understanding that life situations does occur. Out of the years I've been living here this is my first time being late on my rent and they're threatening eviction. They know I'm employed and explained that my check is being mailed but I am still being threatened about being evicted. Very unprofessional

The apartments LOOK decent, but once you start living there everything changes. I was too afraid to walk my dog after dark because shady looking cars always drove around really slow blasting loud music. My creepy neighbor always harassed me when I walked my dog, so I had to take another route. My dishwasher barely cleaned the dishes, and the fridge always had water in it. They didn't fix things. The AC only went down to 72. Stray cats everywhere. But what's the worst was the Roaches. No amount of spray or roach motels kept them away. I was so paranoid I barely slept, and I never could have anyone over. I had a mental breakdown while living here. The only saving grace of this place was the private patios and non carpeted floors. The rent is too high for the quality of these apartments.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ! The same night we moved my car was broken in to. Complained to management nicely if they could have the security guy pass by, didn't see him for four months. Two months later got my car towed for being at reserved parking spot ( that wasn't reserved the night that I parked it ). Trash piles up and won't get pick up for awhile. You can NEVER find a parking spot after 9 pm. Manager will come knocking, almost throwing down the freaking door at 7 am just to "give you attitude" about something that makes these ------ apartments even more ------. The only reason we had moved in was because jobs were nearby and also the babysitter would be right next door . There's only one manager that will help you out, be kind and not make you feel like you're a moron. The rest... Horrible! Give you attitude all the time. The one with the colored eyes! Watch out for her. After moving in , most of my neighbors told me that she was a straight up $&@*! I'll be moving out soon

I just moved in here a month ago and i haven't seen any sort of pest problem. When I moved in the leasing people were super friendly and nice and worked with my busy work and school schedule. Im a full time student as well as full time worker new to Houston who was looking for an affordable place to live that had good access to HWY 45 so I could get to downtown QUICK. This place is perfect location wise. The lady who helped me move into my unit was actually pretty responsive to my emails whenever I had questions about anything. They even told me about some pretty tasty "taco trucks" nearby that are super cheap and super good! For the value of the place, its actually pretty nice. I was shown the model they had for the one bedroom and it was pretty nicely set up which is why i chose that floor plan.

I moved in at the beginning of February and have had nothing but positive interactions with the office staff. They have always been very friendly and have gone out of their way to help me with any issues I report - the dishwasher was leaking...I called on Monday and it was fixed by Tuesday. I feel very comfortable living in this community and am confident that my kids and I are safe.

I've been living here for approximately five years. I must tell you the management team are very professional. The maintenance team is top notch. When they are called upon they're like Johnny on the spot. There has never been a problem that they couldn't solve. I must say that I couldn't even imagine residing anywhere else. Keep up the exceptional job EDGEBROOK management and maintenance team. I highly recommend living here.

Office Staff is awesome! The apartment I live in love it its a 2 bedroom downstairs with a spacious patio. I have my own parking reserved and never struggle with anyone parking there residents respect that. I am close to my children's school that for me is such a convenience. Pasadena schools are amazing! Ask for Lizeth or any of the girls there! :) They're always willing to help out with your needs.
