I just wanted to thank maintenance technicion, Marcos. We had an issue with our washer. He showed up very quickly and did some trouble shooting. He arrived at the conclusion that a new washer was the best solution. Within a short time, he had our new washer, and installed it. Thanks so much Marcos!

I had an amazing leasing experience at Camden Yorktown, mainly thanks to Mandy. She truly made the whole process smooth, welcoming, and comfortable. I told her that I’m trans, and she didn’t question it, contradict it, or make it awkward—she immediately respected my pronouns and called me by my preferred name. That meant a lot to me and made me feel secure and respected in the environment. Mandy is professional, kind, and genuinely great at what she does. I’m very grateful for her and the experience she provided during my move-in. The only negative part of my experience was during my move-in late at night with the security guard. He gave us a very hard time while we were unloading furniture, even though it was obvious we were moving in with multiple vehicles and bulky items going up to the third floor. He was very aggressive, persistent about parking far away, and even threatened to call a tow truck while we were clearly unloading. He followed us around and made the whole process stressful and frustrating. I completely understand parking rules, but I wish there had been more courtesy and understanding during a move-in situation. Overall, I love the leasing staff and the office team—Mandy especially. She truly made my experience amazing. Five stars for Mandy and the leasing office for her service. Zero stars for that security guard—he needs to do better and show more courtesy to residents, especially during move-ins. Harassing residents who are clearly unloading bulky furniture and threatening towing is unnecessary and unprofessional. A little understanding and respect go a long way at Camden Yorktown.

Camden Yorktown is NOT the place for you. We had a good experience prior with a Camden property in Denver….. so we originally chose the apartment for 1) location, 2) price, and 3) Camden's transfer ability because we were moving from out-of-state. We picked a remodeled unit because we are used to new builds. But this was not a remodel but more like a landlords “special”. The pictures posted online will trick you! They have terrible craftsmanship on their remodel and cheap “upgrades”. They put down new LVP but added so much glue it leaves residue. The AC, washer/dryer were not apart of the remodel and consistently did not work. During the short time there, the maintained team was “quick” to respond but didn’t ever fix the issue. We had to put in at least 3 work orders during the summer about the AC not working and the just kept pouring in freon. It wasn’t until the 3rd work order that they finally decided to actually order. They say they do a great job flipping apartments but neglect maintenance on the old washer/dryer. So the dryer filter that residents can’t get to was filthy and made it not work. Let’s talk about the bathrooms! They didn’t remodel them. The tile grout is missing in places which grows mold. They didn’t even replace the toilet in the remodel. So, the picture added is a ring around the inside of the toliet. We put in multiple work orders. They “cleaned” it but there is still a dark black ring. I think it’s black mold and they say it’s calcium build up. When we brought this up to the managers, they never resolved the issue. The outside is trashy. Broken down cars that constantly leak all over the property. Dog poop everywhere. We also had a garage that was completely filthy with oil stains and everything. Walking up to the units you will find filthy concrete with major stains from peoples trash. The complex doesn’t take care of that either. It wasn’t until we said we were breaking the lease that some (garage was painted) of these issues were being addressed. Don’t pick this apartment! It’s over priced for the filth it is, even in the remodeled units. We can’t imagine what the non-remodeled units are like. Camden will hold you to everything on that contract, but won’t hold up their side of the deal with being responsive and actually FIXING issues. Pick a different company!!!!

Could not be happier with the care and assistance provided by the staff here at Camden Yorktown. They made moving in from out of state easy as possible, and even checked in along the way to make sure my family and I got into our apartment when we were moving during the holidays. Special shout out to Mandy Esparza and Mirna Mayorga for making us feel at home while we got settled. Thank you!

I've been here since 2022. All I can say, their customer service is top notch. The whole maintenance team is awesome. All requests taken care of within 24 hours. Even in emergencies, you can reach them at night too. Kudos to Marco and Hugo from the maintenance team. Really appreciate what you guys do to make our life easier. Thanks !!!

Absolutely thrilled with my new apartment! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness and spacious restrooms. The office team has been incredibly helpful and responsive, however the move-in process could have been more seamless. The amenities are top-notch. My family couldn't be happier with our decision to move here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to call home!
