Whoever posted that these are good apartments to live in probably works in the office! From day one of move in there were 100's of roaches! I put 6 bombs the day I opened the door to move in because I didn't want to move my stuff in and get infested inside my furniture. The bombs did not work, I continually have had problems with bugs and I keep a very clean place. I also spread poison to try to keep the bugs away. I have informed the office on several occasions to fix the situation but have never seen an exterminator on the days they said I was scheduled. People let their pets crap all over the place and do not pick it up, and this is including one of the managers who has pit bulls that run freely from a leash. This place is a joke and I will not be renewing my lease. Plus the entire complex is constantly flooded with horrible plumbing. The maintenance is a joke!

I did have some issues; however, I only felt obligated to revise my concerns as the property did make everything right. Kudos to the new management! Cindi T.

Been here almost a year and have been regretting the decision to move in since the beginning of my lease. Other reviewers are right about maintenance patching things up. Several buildings are roach infested and they "spray" but when that happens even more roaches appear. We were told that are apartment wasn't as bad as others! We kill about 20 roaches everyday. Disgusting unsanitary apartments. Tenants let their animals urinate and poop on their decks above and let it leak down to our apartment. Loud, loud, loud. "Gang" members running around. Crackheads asking for money. Management very unprofessional. If you are a family of about a dozen this is the place for you.

I would like to say that park center has some of the best management of any apartmnet that have ever lived in. Sorry that I will be leaving due to the end of my lease since I started a new job and do not make what I used to. As far as the apts go I would give then about an 7 on a scale of 10. The only thing that is bad it seens that everbody uses the dumpster outside the laundry room and you have to walk to the other side of the complex to take out your trash.

I have only lived here for 9 months and it has been the worst 9 months of my life they never fix anything as of now we havent had tolet in 5 days they just wont fix it I call all day every day PLEASE DONT EVER MOVE HERE!!! you will be better off sleeping on a bench at the park
