DRUG infested!!!! I lived there for over a year from day one was horrible they put me and my children in an apt that drug dealers previously lived in had strange guys knocking on my door.. Then I had neighbors who sold drugs and I complained to management and nothing was done not to mention how loud they were I'd hear music and stomping all night long!!! Complained at least 15x and nothing then my underage daughter was being harassed by a man over 21 and still nothing some kids were left alone burnt down half apts and they break into cars all the time !!! So after contacting the owners they were willing to let me out if my lease and move I asked her "u would rather let me move a good tenant and pay my rent on time every month rather then have them drug dealers move?!" She said well u said ur not happy!!! Wtf and not to mention the water always smells like sewer and u have tons of kids running around hanging out on ur porch smoking and fighting!!! Office is a joke!!! They say they have a on call officer yea right!!! And now I moved they wanna say I owe rent after they agreed I could leave!! Oh and the gates are always I mean always broke!!! I know at least 4 people. Who have moved or transferred apts cuz upstairs neighbors have animal feces and urine all over their patio!!! N office says nothing..... Not to mention she's very racist...

This place is horrible. Management and maintenance does everything they can to hide their incompetence and will try their hardest to blame the residence. I have had the worse problems within the last 3 years of residing here and the infestation of roaches has multiplied within those 3 years. I have been here almost 10 years. It was nice when Melinda was here and Rudy was part of maintenance. It was a family friendly atmosphere. I wish I would have left when Victoria came like so many others did; however, I stayed 'cause didn't want to pay the moving cost. I will be moving either at the end of this year or next. Trying to rebuild my finances. I also want to wait until Victoria leave. I heard that she tries to destroy people's renting history if she doesn't like you and I am in her bullseye.

WHERE TO BEGIN???!!!! First I would like to say, if you are thinking about these scam artist apartments...RUN..unless you can't afford anything better. Before I even get to the horrible management, lets talk about the property and maintence. The trash cans stay full, no matter what day of the week. It looks filthy driving thru there. There are kids always playing in the parking lot, UNSUPERVISED, and they are always playing ball near the cars or smoking under the tree. One kid even told me while sitting on my porch one day," I got that good weed" and I DONT SMOKE!! One guy even knocked on my door who stays on the other side of the complex telling me my car light was on...nice, ok but how does he know where I stay!!! There is never enough parking, its like one apartments houses 4 cars or more. And the maintence, they do their job half-way. On several occasions have they come in my apt and filled out a work order slip but didn't do any work....but that's not the worse part! The property manager is a true scam artist. If you plan on moving here, when you move out have a picture of every inch of that unit. We left our apartment neat and clean, from top to bottom, minus avg wear and tear and you know they didnt want to refund us our money so they applied bogus charges but have yet to show PROOF of damages, even though we have pics of our non-damaged apartment. They dont honor their leasing agreements and will find any excuse to not pay you back. Everything you read here is true1 They are horrible and I dont see how they are getting away with it.

I moved in these apartments 12/28/2011. throughout my lease term i had to constantly call maintance and they wouldnt come but will sign the paper saying they completed the order. my stove constantly over heated set our smoke detectors off, there where people always sitting outside, parking was limited, the trash can was ALWAYS FULL to capasity. we paid a 300 deposit plus 45 extra dollars for gate card remote because the cards provided only opened one side of the gate, when we moved out we called to make sure victoria (manager) had recevived everything she needed and she confirmed she did; a month later we received a check for $110 with bogus charges for cleanin,paint cahrge of 90 dollars, carpet cleaning (when it states in the move out papers that if you complete you lease is free of charge), 2 missing leys, and a missing gate card charges of 235 dollars. we called and disputed the charges, the property manager (leslie) dropped all the charges after i sent pictures taken of the unit but wouldnt drop the oven and freezer charge for no pictures. they then added a pet deposit of 150 sollars for a dog i found and had in the unit with the permission of the manager victoria. this property will scam you for your deposit any way possible and the property is not well kept there are wasp all over the property and a lizards.

Sad to say I lived here not even for 4 months. While signing my lease to a 2bedroom 2 bathroom, I signed a bed bug form. In my apartment under the painted walls was dozens of bed bug nests that were painted over in the front bedroom. I then started to experience biting in the masterbed room. Seeing the bed bugs coming out of the pipe behind the toilet and even in the sink.(Not typical places for them to be) I notified the office which performed several treatments (which didnt work) and even hired outside "professionals" (whom didnt do the job correct either) to treat the apartment. When speaking to the manager she stated I can stay there and allow them to treat my apartment every weeek or I can be let out of my lease. I was then very unhappy and uncomfortable and asked to be let out of my lease. Mind you there had to have been similar issues with the surrounding apartments for the manager to let me out of my lease 4 months in. When speaking to the manager she stated I wasnt able to get back my deposit due to the bed bug form I signed when I was moving in because it was only valid for 24-48 hours of moving in. The neighbors stated that the apartment I was in had been rented to "dirty" people and many people had moved in and out within the time they had been living in their apartment. The office can't keep their staff, so that should tell you something about the property owner and staff. Although the maintence was very on point to get the things that needed to be done in a very timely manner. That is the only positive thing I can say about this property.

seems like a decent place if you get the right apartment. neighbors party til all odd hours of the morning with loud bass filled music and loud screaming outside. It feels like they are actually in your apartment. Will make the most calm person irritable. Will not be returning for a second go round.

I have left comments on the reviews here. Please read them if you want to know what MY experience has been. My family signed a 1 year lease here in July 2011 to July 2012. Typical family unit...husband/wife, kids, 3bdrm 2bth downstairs. This place has not been so terrible. Granted that we came from a more decent apartment complex. The most undesirable feature would be the very unwelcome issue of irresponsible/lazy upstairs "neighbors" and their animals they let evacuate through the patio slats and onto our patio furniture and kids toys. Management has not and will not replace any items you lose due to the dog crapping and peeing on it. YOU will HAVE to clean it up yourself and replace the items on your own. They do have a "3 strikes your out policy", but good luck with that. You will neeed to record convos, take pics and video, just to "prove" it. Even though the upstairs ppl covered their patio with Astroturf, the dog urine still leaked onto my furniture and toys. PLEASE IF YOU DO RENT HERE, DON'T ALLOW YOUNG CHILDREN TO PLAY UNSUPERIVISED IN YOUR DOWNSTAIRS PATIO WHEN YOU KNOW YOUR NEIGHBOR HAS A PET. Pet owners also seem to have issues with unleased animals and the leaving of feces in walkways and "gifts" on your doorstep and the kids go wild in the summer...BEWARE...Mold is also an issue throughout,due to the a/c unit directly above the shower in the hallway.Drug dealers also make their living here, but if you close your eyes to it, you never see it.Overall, this place is not at all bad if you can stand the whole pet feces/neighbor issue,management sitting on their thumbs, mold and drugs/delinquents. But hey, what can you expect for the renting price, right? YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

Sad to say that I'm moving as I see changes being made. Over the past 2years I have seen management come and go as well as the leasing ladies. When I first moved in a was very disappointed on how I was lured in by the good specials and not paying attention to the small details. The leasing lady was kind at first but once I signed my lease it went down hill. However within the past couple of months I have seen the same faces in the office. They seem to be very professional and I see them caring for the residents concerns.( a lot more than what I can say from the past couple of faces I seen) the young lady that answers the phone seems really concerned about any issue you tell her .too bad I've already found a new place or I would stay just to see how the community will turn out now that they have decent people in the office. But who cares what I say go in and see for yourself.

I've been here since October and any concerns that i bring to the attention of the manager is handled. I read some of the reviews and i was seriously thinking are they talking about the same place i live. Well maybe they had a bad experience, or maybe the manager or maintenance they had were that way. Idk but its quiet here and i like it and i would refer ppl here. I looked at a lot places before deciding to move here and i have good judgement. Anyone whhos reading this just come and judge for yourself the manager is professional and on top of things.

these apartments are terrible! I've been here since August of 2011 and when I moved in I turned in a list of things that needed to be fixed...nothing has been fixed. the apt manager said she wasn't sure what happen to my list. I've never had roaches in anytime that I've rented. and since moving here I have. I called many times asking the people in the front office and said well we can't spray every week maybe it's your neighbors and we can't do anything about that. there's no gym or playground so if you see that it's a lie. the neighbors are loud. I've seen kids dealing drugs and you can always smell weed. the only good thing is the price but it's not worth it. the dryers in the laundry room don't work they take your money.
