NOT A SAFE PLACE TO LIVE. Upon signing my lease I asked the manager if it was overall a safe place for a small women to live alone . She assured me that it was fine . After a few weeks I started noticing that the neighbors were pretty rough ... A lot of open weed smoking and obvious drug dealing going on. There are men who would make anyone uneasy by their appearance who hang out in the Parking and try to sell drugs to everyone land harass young girls constantly and nobody ever asks them to leave (probably because they're scared of being shot).. My car has been broken into twice and things have been stolen off my porch... when I asked what they planned to do about security and getting my stuff replaced they said "you're not the only one it happened to" in a tone that basically said "get over it"... Both times I called the police who supposidly "Iive" on property and both times I was told they'd be by shortly and both times nobody ever showed ..... Now it's been almost a year and my roomate and I have been followed home , approached by strange men late at night , and sexually harassed consistently .The final straw was this week when a man (one that I believe has been watching me) waited for everyone but me to leave and repeatedly knocked on my door and lingers on my doorstep in the dark for quite sometime before leaving.. I was scared so I called security to report it and once again nobody ever came to check it out as promised.... Police are here constantly banging on doors and arresting people late at night ... The Raoches are Horrifc and no matter how many times we spray they keep Coming back .... Hot water is out 2-3 times a month..and it floods horribly ...Overall not a great place to live as far as safety is concerned .... The only pro is that the rent is very reasonable , but you get what you pay for .

Absolutely aweful place I've ever lived. They are infested with roaches. No matter how many times you bomb or pest control come they never went away and on top of all things my apartment got infested with bed bugs! I called the office to let them know about it and they act like they didn't know what a bed bug was. Worst experience of my life because it got in my daughters crib and my sons bed and they were getting bit up. It took me having to try to eliminate the bugs as much as possible which I ultimately did. Maintenance don't know how to fix anything. They didn't even know how to fix the vent over the stove. it seemed also like every other week they were turning off people's hot water! I moved in February 2014 and moved out May 2015. I ended up doing month to month til I found a place m. I don't recommend this dump to anyone. This isn't an angry feedback it's just. A warning bout how horrible this place is.

I lived in an apartment for 1 year and 3 month. I moved out recently to California and after 10 days they sent me bill for $ 590.00 The carpet was not new when I first moved in. I had requested for carpet cleaning after 2 days of move in but they never cleaned it. They had cockroach every where and i had to clean it. Before I move out I cleaned the apartment to get the to pre-move in condition, My carpet had no strain or paint of any kind. I left it pretty clean. I maintained it well. I had returned all my keys including key extra key they had charged my $40.00. Now, after 10 days , I get bill for $590.00. cleaning 190.00 carpet cleaning 200 water 69 .0- its always been 44-55 dollar a month. keys - 40.0 mis- 127.0 It is a scam and fraud charges.DO NOT MOVE HERE. THEY ARE THIEF..

The only thing I can say about Park Center is that it is in a great location. The office team is nice but they never give you a straight answer about any issues you have about the complex. I have lived here for 11 months now. The roach infestation is horrible. The upkeep of the grounds... well there is doggie-doo in the grass all the time. The trash cans are overflowing constantly. The worst thing is that about 3 times a month there is no hot water. And the issue with the hot water always happens when the office is closed. One time we went a whole weekend without hot water and the temp outside was in the mid 30's. We call the "answering" service and get the run around. I would say make this place your LAST resort to call home.

Do not rent here!! Infested with roaches and bedbugs. When you report the bedbugs they try to charge you. Management is rude and disrespectful. People out side smoking weed and dealing drugs. Maintenance is lazy, Dont want to fix anything. Way over priced and charge more for water the a 5 bedroom house. Dont come here.

Absolutely the worst place to live. The office staff have been rude and disrespectful. When trying to resolve an issue, the secretary rolled her eyes at me (not once but twice). My ice maker broke and the maintenance man would not fix it. He said I shouldn't use it because the water here is no good. Also, very "kid unfriendly" and will blame your child for doing something they did not do. Even if you are adult, they require you to be inside your apartment after 10 p.m. and will make you sign a form that states, "There is a 10:00 p.m. curfew enforced for the entire property all week long. We ask that no one, especially children, be out past 10:00 p.m." STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

I LIVED HERE FOR 6 months it was nice at first but it got bad with the lights not working at night and people braking the front gates they say security gate that's funny any body can walk in . They went up on my rent in the last month and told me five days before lease was up and trying to charge almost 4000 thousand in fees don't trust them they gets you in then they shaft you now my attorney in handling it to many problems

Professionalism is no where to be within the leasing manager. Disrespectful, assumes things she does not know. You must be on top of things or maintenance will never come. Pest control comes whether you want them to or not. Roaches is an on going problem. Trash is always full! Drugs, theft, and loud people. No respect for others. Tired of this place, can not wait for my lease to be over! Do your self a favor and RUN away! Of course through the process of showing you around and trying to get you in here, they will be "caring" but once you get to see their true colors they are completely different. STAY AWAY!!!!

It is true. Victoria was a good manager considering what she had to work with when she arrived; however, maintenance was and is deplorable. Unfortunately, I feel Victoria allowed herself to get pulled into webs of lies and mess leading to many misunderstanding her. I feel sorry for Victoria because she ended up with a bad rap due to dealing with people that seem to be use to low income dwellings which led to her eventually carrying a chip on her shoulder; however, maintenance needs to be fired all together. They act as if they are indispensable.

We have been tenants here for 4 years, I use my real name and information to clarify that I DO NOT work at the complex and therefore everything I write is my personal opinion. RUN< RUN< RUN< far away from this property, crime and drugs have taken over and I would have preferred to move to ANY WHERE, We were robbed, offered drugs on a daily basis and saw fires and buildings burned down, THEY ALSO just found a newborn person in the TRASH! You will NEVER get a deposit back either!~ Trust me!
