Mold in the master closet and bedroom results from a leak
Housing violation. A/C not working. There is screens on the windows. The issue was reported since 6/2/22 and was told it is fixed since the 3rd of June but it is still not working. Maintenance told her today that it is going to need to be replaced but that they do not know when it will be fixed. She is pregnant.

MS. WILLIAMS STATES THAT PEST CONTROL CAME IN BUT ONLY SPRAYED THE FRONT OF APARTMENT THAT HAS NO CARPET. THE ISSUE IS IN HER BEDROOM AND CLOSET AND STATES SHE DIDN'T SEE WHERE THE CARPET WAS SPRAYED. SO THE ISSUE WAS NOT RESOLVED. NO BASEBOARDS, PATIO DOOR LOCKED STILL DON'T WORK EVEN AFTER MAINTENENCE CAME AND FIXED IT. SHE IS REQUESTING INSPECTOR COME OUT.
