Horrible place to live,The buildings has mold on them blinds tore up crime rate is off the roof. Security is a joke the biggest crooks. Murders have been committed on property against women . Fugitives were hiding out on the property swat surrounded the building. Apartments and cars broken into. Drugs everywhere on property. Please before considering moving into these apartments do your research check the crime history. Thanks be careful and aware!

I have been staying here for 5years no complaints. Managers are nice good sercuity that don't play . Needs some new up grades but very safe and that's what matter.

I do not recommend these townhomes. My apartmart contracted bed bugs in my carpet. I requested the manager to have treatment done, it took two weeks for contractors to come treat my apartment and all they did was spray. I requested a heat treatment and was advised I will have to pay for it out of my own pocket even though the bed bugs migrated on from the vacant Townhome next door to me. In need of better management and maintenance.

I went in to get leasing information and the lady in the office was very rude to me and she said they didn't have anything available mind you I am an African American. So I sent my -------- boyfriend in to inquire and she told him she had plenty of units available. I have notified fair housing because she discriminated against me. She is so rude I wouldn't recommend anyone to live here why she worried about my race she need to be worried about the fact she screwing one of the biggest dope dealers that lives on the property bet she didn't know that was the latest news out on her property.

I have lived in two apartments here. The first one I loved. Should have kept it because the one I'm in know the ac does not work, upstairs are down. Have called numerous times and no results. Other than that I would love to stay but can't pay that much and live in a hottt box. I can't wait till my lease is up. I'm moving on and never looking back.

my sister moved out unexpectedly, medical emergency, leaving behind the washer & dryer (rental) that was suppose to be collected by the appliance company the week she left .surgery followed .she later passed away the appliance company made repeated attempts to collect the appliances, to no avail ..I (sister of deceased) contacted sunswept to learn that the appliances were picked up .i reside out of state .who do I believe? ..just be careful concerning the sleaziness, dishonesty of management or is it the appliance company? .lawyer informed me that apt routinely, still what is left behind & claim it was picked up .how low can you go, taking advantage of a dying individual .a complaint has been filed w/Houston BBB .had to pay the appliance company $$$$ for stolen appliance my sister trusted management, don't make the same mistake!

Horrible maintenance, pool problems, trash. Had circuit breaker go bad (actually shooting sparks) and after 24 hours it's still not fixed. All we get told is "they're on their way". Really? Before or after the entire box catches fire? There have already been 2 fires in my section alone. Pool is only open AFTER 4:00 PM due to no security to make sure non-residents can't enter. Trash on the grounds. Laundry facilities removed over a year ago with no warning. Reserved parking? Yes, as long as someone doesn't block you in. A/C units are old and cannot cool. Went 6 months with a burner out on the stove despite 2 requests to be replace. Requested 18 months ago to get front door repainted as paint is peeling...yeah, that hasn't happened. Someone throwing a New Year's Eve Party 2 years ago shooting guns left me with a nice bullet through my wall. Yes, they'll work with you on rent and deposits. But you get what you pay for.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE IN THE FONDREN SOUTHWEST AREA PLEASE COME CHECK OUT SUNSWEPT TOWNHOMES THE APARTMENTS ARE HUGE AND SPACIOUS. THE MANENANCE STAF AND OFFICE STAFF ARE GREAT!THE MANAGER DO NOT TOLERATE DRUGS TRAFFIC AND TEHY WILL PUT YOU OUT. WE HAVE COURTESY PATRAOL THAT WALK THE WHOLE PROPERTY AND GET IT SAFE OF UNWANTED VISITORS ON THE PROPERTY. I LOVE MY TOWNHOUSE AND I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE THAT IS LOOKING FOR GREAT HOME TO TRY SUNSWEPT!

I have lived in Sunswept twice. The first time when I was raising my children along with my two sisters who both had townhomes here. We lived here because it was safe and we knew that manager did not allow things to go on that would danger her tenants. I moved back here again to retire and have now been here 10 more years and it is still a safe place to live. The maintenance staff is the Best in Houston! The office staff is like apart of my family kind and loving people! We are a family here at Sunswept. So if you are a crimester dont come here! But if you are looking for a safe home for you and your family......come check out Sunswept! I Love it Here!

I have lived in Sunswept for som time now and I love it here. These apartments are the safest I have been in I used to live in sugar land and it was supposed to be safe over there and I was robbed while security was out sitting in his car. At these apartments security walks the property and as far as the maintenance crew they are great anything that needs fixing is taken care of right away. The people that work in the office Gracie and Vickie are absolutely wonderful very caring and sweet. So if you are looking for a GREAT place to live you really need to check out Sunswept Townhomes.
