I hate it here. ------- does absolutely nothing at all, and the ------- ----- barely knows what she’s doing. They don’t notify residents when they are going to shut off water (or of anything else for that matter) which they do a couple time a month. Apartments are busted. Rent is raised every year.

Management is the worst. Maria is extremely incompetent, and Marlene.. Eh.. A bunch of undocumented immigrants working at the property. Most of the residents are friends and family of Maria or Marlene, and are always reporting inacurate information to the front office. No privacy what so ever. Not to mention, the apts are infested with roaches and rats, there are huge potholes throughout, and slow maintenance. This is a low income apt with tons of senior and disabled living programs. I would not recommend!

I was recommended to APT.Landing by a former Postal worker whom I trusted & have not been disappointed. The management is on top of their game. maintenance staff are very knowledgeable and experienced. The property is in a good location for shopping, (groceries, drug store, clothing, fast food, cleaners & churches). I would highly recommend and welcome my friends as neighbors.

These apartments are trash roach infested. Mantanice is very lazy just patches over things and making some problems worest. Oh the office staff is the worest unless your coming to pay your rent thet are rude especially marlene she really need to work on her people skills. Everytime I have come to the office she is on the phone talking about shopping and going out of town.

These are by far the most nastiest ------ apts ever. There's constant fighting every other day the police never come there's no security guards like they say there are it's noisy the a/c is HORRIBLE Capps steady raising rent. Anybody can walk the property day or night it's drug dealers/dealings on property crackheads and bad --- kids everywhere smh the pool is always crowded from outsiders just BAD I don't recommend anyone move here I'm happy I'm finally getting out this lease!!!

This women is either racist or purely evil. Maybe even both. She has no care for the young. Especially if your black. I can't blame her though. The kids over there are bad as ever. Running around fighting and smoking drugs in every corner. Drug addicts and prostitutes also run a muck all day and all night. Horrible place to live.

There is a pharmacy down the street called Main Stop Rx. They will deliver medication to patients who cannot make it to pick up their monthly prescriptions. Their phone number is: ------------. So if you have an elderly parent or you have no transportation to pick up your maintenance medications, please call.

I have lived here since 1999 and I must comment about all this negativity. I have never had a problem except one that I created myself. Ms. Capps and her staff worked through my toughest time with me. One thing that I really like about management is about any time there is a misunderstand or any violence reported , illegal activity management is on top of it immediately!!! I can personally say that I have seen several evictions due to these activities. The maintenance crew is excellent even though most of these years they were understaffed. The pool is kept in A-1 condition through the year!!!! I would highly recommend this property. Obviously I feel that the people writing these negative reviews are the trouble makers or some of their friends that have been asked to stay off property.

I lived here here for almost two years now, the a/c suck ---, I have to call the office twice a month to come fix it. they come when ever they remember or until they are tired of me calling them. In the beggiining it was good for the firts couple of months. THe pipes are all messed up. I wake up to an odor outside my window at least once a month. and when i go to work i have to go around my building putting myself in possible danger beause i refuse to step or look at other peoples feses. so if you are looking to move in here please run away. I'm looking for another place myself. It is not worth paying so lil. I'd rather put my whole paycheck down instead of this ---- here. Also ppl here seem to have a competition on who can close there door the loudest. WTH.

Staff is friendly until you move then they show their true colors they try and bill you for crap that you go back and get, how the he'll is that possible we spent 6 out of the 9 month lease in a hot --- apt with gunshots and rude --- people and they wanna bill for stuff they we went back and got.don't do it people pay a little extra for safety
