After completing a 9mo lease, I do have a few things to say. First, the office staff is freindly and the pool stays clean. Now for the other things. I spent 6 of those 9mo trying to get my a/c fixed properly and it never happened. Even though they took a welding torch to it and replaced the unit, just no good. I the better part of 5mo sweating my balls off. My girl damn near sweated herself a new bra size. The community is strange. Filled with teens and adults who stare at you funny ad hang out at ALL times of the night and creepy old people. I work late and very rare did I come home and no one lingering around the gate looking suspicious. The old disabled people are rude as heck. They just don't do nothing but stare @ you. Their was a strange infestation of ants and of course there was roaches. There was an occasional gunshot or two every other wk followed by cops showing up nxt day on a manhunt. Other than that, maintenance was actually able to fix everything but my air. Parking was adequate and I was never a victim of any crime.

I have lived here for not even a year lease up soon thank god!!!! There are ambulances and cops out here every other day,the air conditioning IS TERRIBLE we had to call them out every other month.At,a specific time of the year like July-August ants are everywhere,there are roaches the patio's have cracks up the wazoo no wonder you don't fall through it.I asked them when we first moved in to fix the stairwell its not connected to the WALL!!! THEY NEVER DID,lots of disabled people around they are not a problem kids in the street,people loitering around all the time,anybody can get in the gate just NOT good place to live I CAN WAIT TO GET OUT IT SUCKS HERE good on rent though if you can handle this ------ place STAY AWAY management is ok though only plus.Parking was ok,GUNSHOTS TOO,never wanted to leave my things there we went out of town and i took some valuable things to my BF mom's house,as long as you pay rent this happened for us they leave you alone i had a dog and never had to pay a fee they never noticed

I JUST READ THE REVIEW THE ONE INVADED BY N.O. AND I MUST SAY THE WRITER OF THAT IS CRAZY. THE MGMT STAFF WAS ON TOP OF THE PROBLEM AND I KNOW EVICTED 2 OF THEM FOR PROBLEMS. ALSO MUST ADD THAT I BLAME THE CITY FOR ALLOWING FREE RENT, LIGHTS AND FOOD STAMPS WHY WORK WHEN YOU CAN LAY UP AT THE EXPENSE OF THE CITY. I HAVE BEEN HERE 9 YEARS AND I LOVE IT AND THE STAFF!

I have lived here for 7 years, and it was a great place to live ONCE! Everynight there are guys standing by the entry/exit gate smoking weed & selling drugs, and the manager lives right above and does NOTHING about it, Courtesy officers live here, but I never see them. Prostitutes come in and out of the property while Katrina Evacuees prowl at night through the complex selling drugs, and riding through with LOUD music. Management lives on property and does NOTHING, something needs to done!

I have lived here a while and I think it is great! The management staff is wonderful, the maintanence is great. I really enjoy my stay here and don't plan to leave anytime soon.....

I WAS REFERRED HERE BY ONE OF MY FRIENDS WHO LIVES AT THIS PROPERTY. I WILL SAY I WAS A LITTLE WEARRY AS THIS PLACE HAS A LOT OF DISABLED INDIVIDUALS, BUT UPON VISITING I SOON DISCOVERED THAT THIS WAS A WONDERFUL PLACE, IT WAS CLEAN AND THE STAFF WAS WONDERFUL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE, AS THIS COMMUNITY IS NOT JUST FOR THE DISABLED BUT ALSO THE FAMILY ORIENTED.
