Tengo 3 a?os batallando con. Mi estufa que me la cambien porque los quemadores no sirven y no me la quieren cambiar dicen que no hay dinero, no te permiten tener camaras para tu seguridad. Hay mucho pup? de mascota por d?nde t? caminas y no hacen nada al respecto mal administraci?n de las que trabajan en la oficina

y my experience with this community is safe, but the maintenance could be a little better and they could go down on the rent because the quality in the living situation is not updated but other all it's a safe environment

It's a hassle paying rent because my mother gets her money on her social security card and I can't deposit anything on that card nor can she transfer out.. I have to miss work just to ride around from bank to my bank just to make a payment on one card. It was easier being able to use 2 different cards

Excelente, muy buen servicio siempre mantienen las ?reas verdes limpias. Me gusta que las escuelas de mis ni?os est?n super cercas. En cuanto a la seguridad si deber?a de mejorar un poco ya que note como a mi vecina le robaron las llantas de su carro

Maintenance requests take about a week for repairs then are not properly fixed, poor lightening around entire complex at night, poor parking system due to residents able to have as many cars here as they wish but only drive one or two of them, dogs running around pooping everywhere not on leashes as required

I can honestly say that my experience at Shadow Ridge has mostly been great. My main concern/issue is the parking and the way that the front office staff handles it. I know that parking is limited, but there needs to be some sort of resolution. It doesn't sit well with me that my family/friends can't spend the night or weekend because of no parking , or they have to hope that there is a spot available for them to safely park their car. Please take into consideration that we have loved ones too, and we would like to spend time with them and not feel as though they don't matter or that they are not wanted on the property for whatever reason because the rules change often. It's unacceptable! It's ridiculous! It's unfair! It needs to be addressed, please and thank you.

Great at first it really was a wonderful family environment, management really cared about their tenants. Things has changed and I wish they can really put the tenants that's been here awhile to fill that we are appreciate it. And it's not all about raising rent. Just give us a break we are hurting financially!
