I admit when I first looked at the apartments I was not going to move there. They were full of roaches and nothing ever worked. The ladies in the office was really rude. The assistant manager Jackie was a real -----. The manager Tina was one of the sweetest people I have ever met.Anything that needed to be fixed she made sure it was fixed in a timely manner.She made sure she got someone out to get rid of the roaches. I now heard Tina is going to work at another property so I too will be moving. The new manager is a beast and has no people skills at all. So if you are looking for a nice place to call home this is not the place.

I lived in Ludren Park only a year. I had no problem. Every one in the office was no problem they were very nice. If i didnt get my section 8 i would still be there. I addmit when i first moved there ther was off and on police onsite. But Tina got the bad apples out. I feel they are some good apartments.

It is very cheap and standards and morals are every low. The staff is unprofessional. ------!!! Tina(Apartment manager) acts like a little child running wild. She says and does what she wants. I truly think if you decide to live here, you must not care about these difficult issues. Thank GOD my lease is up in six months. RUN FAST.....! AGAIN I REPEAT RUN FAST AND FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!

Ok first of all my closet was flooding nobody cared about the damage that may have occured to my clothes they just sent a maintenance man that barely knows english.. first he brings a roach infested wet vac that I had to tell him over and over not to bring into my house and he swore i hadnt seen the roaches i had just saw.. then he was just walking around my house looking all around so i asked him what he was looking for he said a flashlight i looked around and found a mag light to let him use.. he did what he could and said he would come back tomorrow. Less than ten mins after he left i noticed my mag light was missing so i called the answering service back requesting my mag light back and she said he would bring it back at 5pm tomorrow. i said no bring my light back tonight i didnt say he could have it. she said i would have to take that up with the maintenance man whom i have no way of contacting or knowing who he is.. i told her i wanted my light back i felt my privacy had been invaded. guess what she did... hung up on me and blocked my number from calling the after hours line. he stole from me!!! im not here to supply them with equipment what kind of maintenance man doesnt have his own flashlight???????????

THESE APARTMENTS ARE BY FAR THE GHETTOEST APAT EVER. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE TO MOVE HERE UNLESS U WERE REALLY IN NEED OF A LIVING PLACE AND THIS WOULD HAVE TO BE UR LAST OPTIONS..THEY ARE SO BAD WITH THE ROACHES HERE THAT IVE FOUND SOME IN MY FRIDGE BEFORE, AND I AM SO FAR FROM BEING A DIRTY PERSON.. YOUR NEIGHTBORS ARE RUDE AND LOUD, AND COMPLAINING TO MANAGEMENT DOES NOT HELP AT ALL. MY LEASE IS ALMOST UP SOON AND IM BUSTING MY BUTT TO FIND SOMEHWERE ELSE TO GO BECAUSE I AM SO NOT TRYING TO RE NEW MY LEASE HERE. PEOPLE ARE OUT AT ALL TIMES OF THE NIGHT JUST AS LOUD LIKE THERE IS NO CARE IN THE WORLD AND LIKE PEOPLE DONT HAVE JOBS TO GO TO IN THE MORNING.. I KNOW HATE IS A STRONG WORD BUT I TRULY HATE THESE APARTMENTS AND WANT TO WARN FUTURE RESIDENTS TO STAY AWAY AWAY!!!!!!!
