Danielle Muse is a disgusting thug. She is a former prostitute from the 80's. Her whole family is on the payroll and sells drugs and contributes to the violence and robberies in the apartment. She takes tenants money under the table; she locks tenants out with out properly filing with the judge. She is the epitomy of giving a former hoe an opportunity and they abuse it. She curses and threatens tenants, she sleeps with the staff that are not related to her. She runs that apartment like LOCKUP and she's the pimp. She even has a facebook page the lorates tenants that she dislikes!!!! She is a poor excuse for a human being. But karma is what God stands for. She feels that the tenants are not intelligent enough to contact her boss. Danielle Muse's Boss is Michael McCasey at 713-643-0050. Every ----- has their day and hers is seconds away.

Ludren, Ludren, Ludren. Where do I begin? The only problem is that no good, low down dirty manager, Donyelle. She is the ----- himself. She's crooked, evil and OUT OF ORDER. She does drugs and steal rent money. The evil thing needs to leave. If she wasn't in the office, this apartment would be 1000% better. Most of the security guards are her family and they all live here. So you know they have free apartments and don't have no work. She talks to people crazy like she's God or somebody. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!

These apartments are HORRIBLE when I say HORRIBLE I mean Horrible. Do NOT move in here no matter how bad you need a place to move. You have kids outside early in the morning playing music and being loud. There are roaches EVERYWHERE the staff doesn't notify you when you first move in about the roach problem and the list that you have to get on just to get pest control which still I still haven't received. Have bombed the apartment multiple times roaches still here in the microwave,kitchen just want to break the lease. They move people in and out so you don't know who you're living by. Roaches move from apartment to apartment. The laundry facility is dirty and nasty, no trash can to put the lint from the dryers I wouldn't even think about folding my clothes on the table that's in there, floor nasty. They don't notify you of ANY crime that happens in the neighborhood and there has been a few. Children you don't know sit on your car and when you ask them politely to get off they don't listen. So if you are comfortable living in a ratchet community with roaches and living on a fixed income then by all means move in here but I wouldn't suggest it.

management is horrible,does alot of stuff under the door. will take your money for herself. locks you out of apartment and lies, lies, lies. if she believes you talking to her boyfriend she will try to evict you for any reason. alot of ppl arent on leases and her sons are the security guards. they all are dirty. they will enter your apt without your permission.things comes up missing. not a good place to stay. in the process of moving now!

I advise anyone who is interested in moving in these ratchet --- apartments not to. The manager Donyelle is a thief and a liar. She steals moneyorders from tenants as well as changes paperwork to benefit her. Her boyfriend Gotti is head of security so you will never have a fair chance if anything goes wrong within them ratchet apartments. Her staff goes into people's mailboxes illegally and if you call corporate no one is gonna believe you because they are gonna take her side. Do not move here!!!!

I advise everyone who is trying to move in to Ludren Park Apts not to. The manager Donyelle Muse steals money from tenants. A money order I gave her was not the one she gave me back. Her staff illegally put mail in my mailbox, She is also a drug addict with serious issues. Every week there is a different staff because they supposedly get fired for stealing when its really her. DONT MOVE IN HERE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!!!!!!

I once live in Ludren Park back in 2008 when it was alot going on. You know break-ins, fights drugs managers stealing rent money, but now I can honestly say the the current mamager does an AWESOME JOB. She understands everyones situation and will always work with you if you ever have and issue paying your reny(which we all have has at one point or another). The entire staff is great. You guys get 5stars for cleaning up the property. I am proud to say that I am resident at the LUDREN PARK APTS.. P.S. Nice work on the dog situation!!!

I am proud to say I live at Ludren Park Apartments. These apartments used to be the wrost ones on Fondren. The last manager Tina allowed her drug dealing family to run it like the carter(shooting and fighting daily). We have a new manager (Miss. Muse) She is a card. This country, big truck driving woman came in and kicked butt. Now everyone is trying to get in. Thank you L&L for her. We have really security and maintenance. She actually walks property and talks to residents like they are people. Please God let her stay...she took out the trash!!!

I have been at Ludren Park Apartments for over 3 years. Since Ms. Muse has been the manager, I have been able to sit out on my patio and walk the property with other seniors with out being robbed, bothered by drug dealers or crack heads. In return the property is nice and clean, work orders are being doing in a timely manner and the hanging out has stopped. TWO THUMBS UP to Ms. Muse and her staff.

Finally a team of people in the office with professionalism and cares on getting the job done. Ms. Muse and her team have done an excellent job of cleaning up previous mangers messes. The office went from ladies more concerned on were they were going to lunch to ladies generally concerned about the property and tenents. Thumbs up to the weekend staff, especially Ms. Michelle. She calls back to see if maintenence have arrived and to see if we are satisfied with the completed job. Where do they do that at? LUDREN PARK APARTMENTS. A place I will call HOME.
