Ms. Meisha has made a big change around the property. The updates look nice the pool is always clean and open during hours in the past it wasn’t. We have resident events for the kids now and even resident contest which I personally like.

New owners have truly turned the place around. The manager is amazing goes above and behind and really cleaning out this place. Nelson is awesome as maintenance and fixes things quickly. The grounds are always clean now, we have grass and the pool is open! Great Job

I would like to give the new manager Ms. Shawn kudos for always been helping and explaining things so that it would be easy to understand. Ms. Shawn take her time with the residents and I see her walking the property and putting things in order. I feel she is the best thing done happen in a while

These are the worst apartments IVE EVER STAYED IN!!! They shooting all the time and my apartment got shoot up luckily I wasn’t home! It could have been me and my kids!! I HATE IT IM SO GLAD WE ARE MOVING IN FEW WEEKS!! They don’t fix nothing in your apartment and also I pay rent I’m not on housing either!! It’s just horrible you can find better for the same price

I been living here since September. It is horrible the doors are messed up it is infected with roaches everywhere in the vents I never had roaches until now the people are rude and disgusting I've set up roach traps that did not work, they crawl on beds, counters ,ect they were in my food while I was cooking its sand instead of dirt it's just horrible fake walls the apartment is beautiful don't get me wrong but horrible I hate it I plan to leave this place 2021 its also really dirty so I cleaned alot my kids hate it 1 boy 1 girl but we have no place to stay.

Run for your life these apartments have roaches roaches roaches roaches and more roaches i just move here and im ready to go already i just move here and i cant even take a bath the tubs are peeling i have to stand up in the tub because paint will be in the water with you or stuck on your body these apartment are beautiful on the outside but hell on the inside roaches be everywhere i have to. Buy a can of. Raid every other day this dont make no sense at all i ask the neighbor do she have roaches they told me they been having roaches since they move in here and the landlord dont do nothing about it they sent the man every thursday but its making the roaches wrost than what it was if i would have know this was going to be the problem i would not move here at all i pay to much to be living in a roach infested apartment when my lease is up i will be running out of here

Well, I have only been in these apartments a few months and from the beginning it has been hell! The office staff does fix things quit quickly, that would be the only positive I would have about this place... For the amount of money I pay for rent I shouldn't feel unsafe in my home, my children don't ever want to go outside to play with the other kids in the complex bc the other kids are so bad & ------ & never looked after. The children are always unattended and out all hours of the night, the complex is dirty as h*ll all of the time, people have house furniture on their porches (couches, chairs etc), I saw one family place a card table and chairs in the middle of the parking lot to play cards domino's or whatever. The men harass you as soon as you step out of your car, someone vandalized my vehicle within a month of me being there, the roaches are out of control, I have bombed multiple times since I have been there and they are still running ramped... I initially viewed the apartments in the winter so of course no one was outside and the complex was clean... Moving there was one of the worst decisions of my life and if I hadn't just cleaned my credit up, I would break my lease and leave, I am still contemplating it because my children are uncomfortable... I don't recommend anyone moving here and if you do, please have an alarm system and firearm to protect yourself, as well as a boyfriend or husband to ward off the men & dog to keep the bad --- kids away!

Been here for 2 years rented here because I needed an apt asap, worst mistake ever. Manager Toy Donald is a freaking joke she doesn't care about the tenants all she worried about is money that's it, She doesnt like to fix anything ! People here play loud music all freaking nite ! just because they don't have to work and live on housing etc. We gotta get up early to go to wk. To pay our bills ! The damn kids here are so unbearable to live around they are bad n annoying they scratch up people's cars throw things at them , they talk very very ugly , they gather up by the entrance n exit gate just standing there acting crazy throwing rocks etc., throw trash everywhere , just horrible! They have no security guard even though they say they do trust me they don't! They done gone through 8 matience men since I've been here I will not let any of them in my apt the ones they have now look creepy ! The sewer here is ridiculous it's always getting stopped up do nasty, they only fix it to where it get unstoppable cause they don't wan g to spend more money actually giving the main problem, it gets stopped up at least twice a month, just like now it's been like this since Tuesday morning n still haven't sent anybody out here! It's so disgusting toilet paper n poop everywhere my god! These apts need new management asap! If I could give NO STARS I WOULD!

The first year I stayed here it was OK but after now signing my 2nd year lease I really regret it. The wash room has 3 washers and only 1 work and they have the nerve to close it at 7pm like policy don't have jobs it's nasty in there they have kids out all times of the night scratching up cars it's roaches everywhere even when they do say they exterminate it's still roaches they half ---- ---- and when you tell them especially Shirley she get sarcastic like it's or fault these raggedy --- apartments are falling apart smh I don't recommend anyone move here it's horrible and I wish I can break my lease

This is a great place to live. Everyone here is nice, especially Shirley! Shirley helped me find the right sized apartment for my family! Shirley is always chipper and sweet! Shirley really makes this place feel like HOME!
