Reserve has been absolutely amazing. We love living here!! It's a very small community and the office staff is more than helpful. My fiancé and I have only lived here 2 weeks and wouldn't want to call any other place home!!

My friend was gunned down by 3 men on Friday and her car was stolen followed by MULTIPLE cars getting broken into saturday night and again on tuesday night. Unfortunately, we couldn't tell the office until today about the break ins because they never answer the phones and they were closed yesterday for "employee appreciation" while their residents are busy worrying about what is going to happen next. Poor management and the neighbors are loud and it's not intentional. The apartments are beautiful from the outside. The biggest issue is safety and noise. It seems like the complex went downhill and there seems to be no sign from management that they are expending any effort to fix it. It would be nice to see a security guard or courtesy officer especially when you're paying $1200 for a luxury complex. I understand things will happen that are out of the management's control, but a little effort in reassuring residents would go a long way.

I absolutely love these apartments a bit pricey but you get exactly what you pay for. My biggest complaint is the parking when you are paying 1300 dollars you should never not have parking. I think they should issue parking passes to the residents and turn the perimeter of the complex visitor parking. other than that this is a awesome community and the manager Ms. Rita is amazing always available and eager to assist. If your looking for a safe and beautiful place to live look no further.

I do enjoy these apartments they are beautiful but super expensive but i guess thats expected from a brand new complex. However it seems maintenance takes forever to come fix a problem now and the leasing office is not quick about responding to your requests neither. Other then that i don't have any complaints.

My experience has been a positive one. The community is a smaller one so you have a boutique kind of feel. It's has easy access to Jones Road, 1960 and not too far from 290. They have a dog park that is near my place, people use those daily. If you don't like pets, you'll want to request something in another area.

I moved here roughly 8 months ago and it was nice. Shortly after, I had trouble with an upstairs neighbor making noise and waking up my children. I went back & forth with the office and they relocated me to a different apartment. Everything was fine until Greystar took over a few months ago. Idk if it's a coincidence or if they don't screen tenants well; however, I've had to make multiple noise complaints. The walls here are very thin. We have an officer that is supposedly available for this stuff, but he hardly responds on time. The previous management company was at least attentive. They were also open on Sunday's. I am growing to hate this place and will move as soon as my lease is up. The only reason I rated the staff as high as I did is because one of the employees from the previous company stayed. She actually attempts to help.

Are you looking for a newer apartment complex? Then, The Reserve at Jones Road in Houston, Tx is what you're looking for. Besides the easy access to major freeways for work & lots of shopping. The apartments offer up to date appliances with granite counter tops, pretty landscaping, beautiful swimming pool & an awesome outdoor kitchen. The office staff is just as nice & friendly as the property.
