Still awaiting professionalism and remedy after my as well as my visitors car's were damaged during the day by a non-resident. Jubi, the property manager refuses to acknowledge the situation. It's very devastating and creates an unsafe environment for tenants.

Peyton mistakenly miscalculated my rent, and lied stating that the Fixed amenites were to blame. After reviewing the lease, I realized that "fixed" means the set rates do not change, and are included with the rent. I shared this information with Peyton, but she still refused to acknowledge her error, and has even started harassing me via email.

Bianca is very helpful glad she’s here. Wasn’t going to renew but glad I did. I downsized and she has been very helpful. Hope she’s here to stay lol. Quiet and convenient at lace to live. Small community.

I am writing this review under a different name out of fear of retaliation from property staff. I am very disappointed in having to write this review because of how downhill this community/property has gone. This property has seen so many managers/leasing staff since I've lived here for almost 2 years, they want to call this a "Class A Luxury Community" but rest assured there is nothing luxury about this ------ community. I personally know people who have left this community/ broke their lease because of how ------ and bad it has gotten here, many of the problems include: roaches, people SMOKING WEED IN THEIR APARTMENT specifically in the 4000 building, people banging on the their neighbors door at 3or4 in the morning probably a drug deal, the dumpster being OVERFILLED, pest control hardly comes, the amount of "------" people moving in and running off the good and hardworking people who live here, Being told only a certain amount of people and a time frame of how long we can be in the pool, being told by residents that the cameras here don't even work. WE THE PEOPLE pay ALOT OF money to live here in this "luxury" community just as kametra buggs has said and there should be NO REASON this property Is the way it is. I will personally not be renewing my lease here and i advise anyone who is looking to rent here to STAY AWAY. I am so sad this has to be written but it is what it is.

1. Failed to notify me at 60 days out from my lease date renewal. Section 36.1D of the lease I signed with this property stated "If we require you to give us more than 30 days written notice to move out before the end of the Lease term, we will give you 1 written reminder not less than 5 days nor more than 90 days before your deadline for giving us your written move-out notice. If we fail to give a reminder notice, 30 days' written notice to move-out is required." They failed to give me a reminder, and refused a 30-day notice. 2. Month to month fee not communicated. After not allowing me to leave my lease they added a month to month fee to my rent that wasn't communicated through mail or in my lease. 3. Took possession of my apartment while I was still paying rent.They took possession of my apartment while I was still paying rent so they could start getting it ready for the next tenant. I will attach a picture to this review showing how the walls were being painted while I was still paying rent. This was done without informing me. 4. Missing possessions - When they took possession of my dwelling, they sent different contractors into my unit to restore it. They left the front door unlocked and boxes I left behind with business computer equipment in them went missing. I reported this to the community and still have not gotten my stuff back. 5. No return of deposit. The apartment was left in very good condition, and I payed professionals to clean the unit before leaving. I still did not receive my deposit back. I was told by management that my deposit has been sent out however a month later I still have not received it. I have emailed the staff about this with concern. 6. Hung up in my face. The staff here hung up in my face at one point when I brought these problems to their concern. Very unprofessional. Bunch of empty promises and lies. The old management was not like this.

Love staying here very quiet community and everyone is very friendly.

The Reserve at Jones is a great apartment complex. It has great amenities and staff at the office. The staff are nice and very helpful and professional. The maintenance guys are always on time with any concern you have.

It's actually a home. Conducive and lovely place to live in.

Nice apartments. Excellent floor plans. Plenty of parking. Great location. Great office staff. The grounds always seem clear of trash. Pool area is nice and well maintained. Fairly new apartment complex so you don't have to worry about horrible neighbors or ppl just hanging out.

The management team in addition to the aesthetic of the apartment interiors are the reason for my stay and satisfaction with The Reserve at Jones Road. The team is lovely to deal with daily; from packages delivered to events & more, they make it a point to plug into the perspective of their residents often. And the appearance of the apartments is open for individual customization, with up-to-date appliances and amenities, subtle colors and wide open layouts, very important. If I had the option to choose again, I would go with this location always. Yes, I would recommend The Reserve at Jones Road to friends, family, and anyone.
