Worst place to live at in Houston. I have been here for almost 3 years now and it has changed a lot. At first this place a good place to be and the price was good too, but all that has changed. I am without hot water at least once a month and in July I was out of hot water 15 times, it was only for a couple of hours but still. Also when the water pipes get fixed, they don't give you any noticed at all and sometimes it takes days to get the water back. My hole apartment has mold spots who they are refused to fix. And anything else you put a work order in takes weeks to get fixed. I just was without a dish washer for 17 days just because they refused to send the man who knows how to fix it. They send me anew guy at first and he didn't do anything at all and finally on day 17 they send me the right guy and he got it fixed in less than 3 min. And on top of that the apartment manager refused to give me a discount on my rent. This place is full of Asians and they are trying to et rid of any other race here, so someone told me from the office. They also are painting this apartment complex at this moment, but they are not fixing the rotten structure of this building. I included some picture of the building and also a picture of the color of my water.

Lived there for a year, never had a problem they couldn't fix. It is not a new apartment so the stairs creak as you are walking up... but the complex and apartments are kept very clean. Maintenance came the day of, or the next, when I put in a request. It is a great place to live if you don't want to spend a lot on rent. I would recommend it to others.

DO NOT MOVE HERE GANGS, DRUGS, DRUGS, AND MORE DRUGS, my neighbors house has been broken into twice, someone has been near assulted in the back field, we had a fire... TWICE, someone has been shot, there is graffiti all over the place, some one has also been raped nearby. lights are poor except for parking lot, Naamee is a HORRORRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!! only Maalia, and Ian are humane. these god damned apartments are a horror, this area feels and look good, but is HELLL!!!!!!!!!!! This back field is linked to one of the WORST areas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. The second my lease is over, I AM GETTING OUT, i even already packed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GEET OUTDONOTCOMEHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MAY GOD BE WITH YOU if you are too late and are here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the only good thing is schools, and way too close to I10 gate way to crime. THIS TWICE BEFORE YOU MOVE TO THIS GOD DAMN APARTMENTS

The worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. Complex is full of roaches, rats and snakes yes snakes are in the balcony and on the front door. Maintenance is very poor never get stuff repaired ,they keep cutting off water without any notice and it lasts for hours to fix a water problem. When I moved in it was no cold water in the apartment and it took them one year to fix it. Not safe for the kids staircases are just too wide a child can go through it. Management and staff are totally unprofessional . Stay away of this complex

Not a bad place to live. I feel safe here since the complex is somewhat isolated from everything. The complex is a little old but they do have a big field in the back and it is a very dog friendly complex. I would recommend this place for those not looking for a luxury but for comfortable living.
