Water gets cut off almost every week for all kinds of reasons. Maintenance sucks if you have to keep shutting water off during the day all the time and worst never once notice was given in advance other than the day before. How are people going to get ready for kids and work, this is unacceptable when you pay rent and utilities with this kind of service.

I was totally speechless when I saw those five star reviews! I guess the management probably hired somebody to write these or they put these under fake name. I lived here for 2 some years, trust me, nobody will give them 5 star, not even 1 star if he/she really lives here. Old, crumbling structures, you see cracks here and there on the wall, in the floor; the pavement on the property is all broken and covered in sewage water when it rains. It is heavily infested by roaches, everywhere, you have to endure roaches as long as you are here - they can not pay for decent effective pest control. They send you notice very often ( once a month) to let you know there is water shut off from 9-5:30 because of a broken pipe issue... well they can not fix -- so it is a continuous issue, you have to endure when you stay here. But with all these issues, they only want your money - no investment for fixing those long standing problem, no payment for a decent pest control, and they can come up with all kind of reasons to deduct your security deposit all the way they like. I never met management like these crooks, watch out, they will get your security deposit for normal wear and tear. Do not move in here. You will have a way better life somewhereelse

Leasing office closed on Sunday. Property looks nice but the bulleting board postings and the handouts people are passing out are enough to turn you off.

Bottom line DO NOT MOVE HERE, STAY AWAY!!!!!

I experienced both good and bad here. From my experience you might expect the same. The good things I think are that the rent is a good price, the location is good, the safety is relatively good, the apartments are well kept, and they are quiet. The bad things I experienced can generally be categorized into the apartment's employees being incompetent/insensitive/somewhat ripoff-oriented. The maintenance employees entered my apartment without announcement and my cat escaped. They knew that my cat escaped, however they did not call to inform me about this. My cat spent all day hiding in the parking lot, in dangerous conditions, and could have been seriously hurt. I think this was really insensitive. Secondly, the employees gave me a key that didn't open my door when I was moving in. This resulted in a lot of inconvenience during my moving. I accidentally left my car door unlocked, and an expensive item was stolen from inside my vehicle. Lastly, I think the apartments were much stricter than most other apartments in terms of deductions from my security deposit. A lot of minor issues when I moved out that I think most apartments would not deduct for, because I think they fall into "wear and tear" were deducted from my security deposit. In summary, there were both good and bad things about living here. I feel they had an insensitive way in dealing with residents and this should be changed.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with the management at this complex. The employee I worked with, I believe her name was Heather was nice and very helpful. The manager however, was not as pleasant. After turning in my application along with the fees AND deposit in order to "put the apartment on hold" while the application is processed, we learn that the dog we are adopting weights a few pounds over the limit and can no longer live there. I was aware and okay with the fact that we would lose the application/administration fees but asked if there was anything we could do to get at least some of the DEPOSIT ($300) refunded. Heather told me that it is ultimately up to the management, so naturally I asked to speak with the manager. After explaining to her our unique dog situation, she claimed to me that while that apartment was on hold for those few days, she "lost several prsopects" and for that reason would not refund any of the deposit. She also rudely stated, "I own two dogs myself, that's why I live in a house." I found this comment extremly unnecessary especially after explaining to her that I am a working, full time college student and the loss of this deposit will hurt the bank. If I could afford to rent a house, I would never have even applied at Eagle Hallow.

I lived here in 2012 and didn't like it. The only thing I liked was the peaceful location near the reservoir but that's about it. The ladies in the office are a joke and always have a smile no matter what problem is going on. When I moved in, there was a hole the size of a basketball under my kitchen sink where lots of bugs would come in and out of at night. I didn't realize where they were coming from until a week later. There is also a massive wasp problem. I will refuse to ever live here again because there are so many wasps around the property. The maintenance does come when asked though, and the rent is a decent price.
