I wanted to take a moment to leave a review for my apartment complex. There are several outstanding aspects that make living here a wonderful experience. First and foremost, the location of the apartment is incredibly convenient. It is situated in close proximity to a major mall, which means I have easy access to a wide range of shopping options. Additionally, having popular stores like Walmart, Costco, and Sam's Club nearby has been incredibly convenient for my day-to-day needs. Not to mention, the diverse selection of excellent restaurants in the area has allowed me to explore different cuisines without having to travel far. The apartment staff members, including Nami, Sunny, and Jackie, have been an absolute delight to interact with. Their kindness and helpfulness have truly exceeded my expectations. Whenever I've had a question or concern, they have always been eager to assist and provide the necessary support. Their dedication to ensuring resident satisfaction is truly commendable. Furthermore, the entire staff has been prompt and efficient in addressing any repair requests. It's reassuring to know that they are always ready to resolve any issues that may arise in a timely manner. Their professionalism and attentiveness contribute to a positive living experience. One of the standout features of this apartment complex is the reasonable rent fee. In comparison to other apartments in Houston, the rent here is incredibly affordable without compromising on quality. This has allowed me to enjoy a comfortable living space while staying within my budget. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my decision to choose this apartment complex as my home. There are always friendly manager and technicians who fix small problems quickly, quiet neighborhoods with few young children, parking lot for easy parking, easy access to highways and downtown, and having office members who speak English, Spanish and Korean are big advantages.

The office staff are heartless individuals and had my mother's car towed after she passed away and I was gonna take apt. Over and they wouldn't work with me because the accounts were frozen and I couldn't pay so they had my mother's car towed and had all my work equipment and I couldn't go to work without that car and they did not even give a warning we had it backed in loading it for a job and while we were inside they took it. Knowing the whole time our situation and when my mother died they called my brother to come over and I asked why je was there who called them and the office had but I was cleaning apt. Because died from covid and did not want him to get sick . They are heartless and don't care about anything but them selfies and the money so they also have a problem with critters and roaches had pest control out over 3 times and paid another company to come out and still can't get it done because it is in the whole building

Probably one of the best apartments I have ever lived at in relation to the price. There are people who have lived here for more than 10 years and have no desire to move out. Despite the tranquility of the property, it still has easy access to I10 freeway allowing for easy access to other parts of the city, its not everyday one can enjoy such a peaceful place to live while still being able to be near such a major freeway. The proximity of I10 has never caused any noise disturbance. And the Addicks reservoir behind the place is a EXCELLENT place to do a lovely morning walk. The 2 bedroom 2 bath floorplan has a lovely roomy feel with plenty of natural lights, ample storage, and large balcony. And I loved how the top floor units have vaulted ceilings, it gives it a very house-like feel, and the floorplan layout is thoughtful, with the small foyer hallway + coat closet to the placement of the bathrooms and bedrooms. Windows on 3 sides of the unit allow for the perfect amount of sunlight. Ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room was a blessing especially during the summer. And the wooden laminate floorings, countertops, wooden blinds and even the brushed nickel light fixtures all gave the apartment interior a very premium and appealing look. For our 4 years of living here, we have never had a safety issue. The property is well lit at night. The management is quick to replace lights and respond to noise disturbance. Despite the age of the property, everything worked perfectly. AC and all appliance never acted up. And whenever we had a issue, the management was VERY quick to address the issues, we had seen 2 wasps nests and the maintenance guy was there the same day to exterminate it. The apartment didn't have any roach issues either, and pest control was done periodically. Whoever is running this apartment seems to take pride, despite the age of the property, it is still very well kept and the management is caring, professional, and on top of their game! I have lived in an handful of apartments and Eagle Hollow takes the lead for being the best apartment we have ever had the pleasure of living in, especially in correlation to the rent cost + location. We had moved out due to buying a new house but I will miss this place. We still come back now and then to visit a family friend, who has been living here for more than 5 years now, and have family that live here. All are very satisfied with this place.

I think this should be 5 stars for what it is. I moved out of new 3 bdrom house to Eagle Hollow. I too read the reviews and had a mixed opinion from the start. It is not swanky and I am not paying for swanky. I am paying 400 to $700 less for a large 1 bdrm in a quiet community that is safe and nestled by itself in a neighborhood with access to running locations and being close to the city. Most of the residents have been here for years and years. I have met and talked to a dozen nieghbors in barely 2 months. There is nothing cold or coorperate feeling about the complex. It was built sometime in the early 80s and has all the trappings of the era...phone jacks, coaxials in the corners for console tvs and little things that date it's look. My friend pays $2000/mo a few miles away for polish, security and a lavish feel to her home. Personally I love this place and the extra 1,200 I keep in my bank to enjoy life. Jackie and Sunny run the front office and are two of the sweetest people you could hope to have at the end of the phone when you need something. I can not imagine an instance where I could want something and they didn't go out of thier way to make me happy. I wanted an apartment over the pool that had just become vacant and not ready to yet. Despite needing oceans of things corrected I moved in and gave them a list of what I needed: comode ran all the time, one burner didnt work, porch needed planks, one light fixture I hated, water wasn't hot enough and on and on. Everything was fixed fast, followed up on and done with a sense of concern. I can not say enough about this place for the money I am paying and what I get in return is astounding. It's not fair to down rate a place for not having something you are not paying to have and ignore all the strengths that you wouldn't get if staff enough didn't care to learn your name. IIT IS ALMOST JULY AND MY ROOF HAS BEEN LEAKING SINCE MARCH There are many issues, but the most recent and pressing one has been my beiling. Since March 2020, it has had leaks. I went over a week without a ceiling fan or light upstairs because they didn't feel that it was important. Again in April it leaked and the same issue. Then may, they send someone to "fix" the roof. They're up there for literally less than 10 minutes. Because it's been leaking so much, I requested that they check for mold inside our ceiling. They instead send painters to cover all the brown spots. Absolutely ridiculous. I protested and told them that's not okay, so they sent someone to cut a hole and check, but I doubt they did anything because they did so while I was gone. Now my ceiling is leaking again all over my bed and carpet. The apartment complex could not care less about us, we are just money to them. I understand it's a cheaper apartment but having my bedroom rain every time it rains is unacceptable!

I have lived in this community now for over 4 years and love it. Management is quick to respond and they have done a good job making sure that the apartments are well maintained. As a single parent I feel very safe here. The schools are truly outstanding. There are lots of bike trails nearby and a resort style pool. No loud parties or problem people that I have seen. Office staff is friendly and helpful.

The leasing agent was amazing! So friendly and very helpful. The management at this complex is spectacular. I enjoy the quality of the grounds keeping. The pool is gorgeous and the bayou is not too far away and is great for walking/running.
