I have been living in this community since they opened and have nothing but praise for the management staff as well as the office staff. The facility is clean and quiet. Convenient to shopping. Bus on property takes us to various grocery stores and Walmart

I've been here for a little over a year and a half and have thoroughly enjoyed living here. I was made welcome from the very beginning. The management and staff have all been very helpful any time I've needed anything. The apartment I moved into was very clean and well maintained. The residents I have met are all friendly and there are activities available to anyone who wants to participate. The shuttle that takes the residents shopping, doctors visit, etc. is most appreciated. I am leaving here with regret, but due to the death of my daughter, I am left with no choice. I will truly miss my home here and the people I have met. I would and will recommend The Mansions to any of my friends looking for a new place to live in the Houston area.

When I sold my house I was wishing I could just pick it up and move it closer to my children. In renting this apartment, I feel that's just exactly what I did. I love living here and all the residents I associate with are wonderful. The office personnel are just as good. We have everything one could ask for here. We have a mix of ethnicity and everyone gets along with each other. I feel perfectly safe living here. The sound proofing is excellent and I understand the buildings are built with fireproof materials so that is a relief to me since I have always worried about apartment fires. We have security gates to keep our cars safe also. Shopping trips are provided three times a week and the location is close to anything you need including Drs., hospitals, grocery stores, banks, malls and anything else a person needs on a regular basis. I am now close to my children and love my life as a retired person. Good job Alpha-Barnes, thanks for providing such a good experience at this point in my life.

Great club house, free tv, lots of activies, free transport to walmart and kroger, computer room, nice pool Hard to become a part of social life. Most are not friendly A lot of youngsters have moved in and hang out after hours. Electricity bills are high. Parking is a pain. Standing water and mold on first floor.
