The Mansion Hasting Greens is a very nice place to leave, there is always activities, staff is very polite, they help out,, is well located , banks,drug store, food stores, gas stations, we have it all. The Mansions are always well kept, pool is clean, garden looks very nice, and halls are well lighted, and clean. I am very lucky to leave here.

my experience with the staff is excellant. they are courteous and polite and very helpful. my maintenance calls are answered promptly and completed with utmost trust and effeciency. it is my request that you don't change the staff. thank you.

I have lived here almost 4 years. The office staff is great! The maintenance requests are answered promptly. I really enjoy living here and I feel safe here. They have a full schedule of activities available for the residents, guest speakers from various companies come to promote their products and/or provide useful information that is important to seniors. These company reps almost always provide refreshments. If I could afford the rent I would live here permanently, however, due to my financial situation, I will have to move when my lease expires.

The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintanance staff respond very quickly for maintenance repairs. The property is well kepted. I would recommend "The Mansions Senior community at Hastings Green to other Seniors anytime.

It has been positive experience. Everyone is very helpful and pleasant. Hiring he new events coordinator has been a very positive move on your part. She is doing a very good job. She is an asset to your staff. The other staff members are also very good.

I have enjoyed living at tis community and have just renewed my lease for another year. I like the amenities and I especially like the transportation schedule. I am able to shop 3 times a week if needed and I can pick up my prescriptions at CVS pharmacy.

The pool is beautiful. The computer room is very good (with a library). The rental DVD collection has a lot of choices. The activities are varied and often. The grounds are well-kept. The staff is excellent. Have got to see it to believe it. Hardly any vacancies. Stable environment.

Excellent environment. Friendly staff. The hallways are always clean. So is Pool. I am very statisfied. I do not have any more to say. I am just filling up to get to 200 characters limit. I do not like this part of the survey. If you try to limit me like this, I may refuse to take any survey in the future.

so far it has been a pleasant one with the staff and crew -there are some (just a few) residents that do NOT comprehend the meaning of "community"-we try to get to know each other socially since there is no other method in which to know who is and who isn't a resident which I believe is important in a facility like this

I have lived in many apts around Houston, and this is the best. Ifeel very safe. Do wish we had on site security personnel. Mainly to protect our cars and be present when residents need help when EMT is called. All in all I am happy. Just need more lighting.
