This a very nice clean quite place best I ever lived so far Thxs for your kindness & honesty Victor my mom & I appreciate you. The grounds, pools and walk ways are clean and rules are enforced. We love the monthly activities and love that we can have yard sales, with approvals.

My neighborhood farts a lot. Like A LOT. Don't live here.

I have experienced quality maintenance and grounds upkeep as well as an outstanding physical exercise room. The pool is kept in a clean and enjoyable manner also. The corridors are clean and opened for easy access and fresh air to flow through the breeze ways. I love the Mansions.

Every complex this size has problems. The new management team is trying to work thru them and should get a good grade for their effort. Still a lot of work to do but problems very seldom get solved in a day!The preceding team leader was lax because the people that moved in before the complex was complete lived under a different set of rules.

So far fairly pleased. I turned in to Alpha-Barnes last year a request to have HARD TO OPEN doors updated , this was signed by residents , 3 pages of names . This was denied , and problem still remains for those in wheelchairs & walkers. Several have been hit by doors. Not good. Otherwise things are OK .

I like the area, the apartment, and the staff. The neighbors are okay for the most part. The complex is fairly quiet which is the main draw. The locale is good as there are stores etc close by. I also like the fact that there is a community van that can take us to the store etc as needed.

Many things will be brought up at the meeting this Thursday. Would like to know that the staff walks the property, then they would know what is going on. I was a building, apartment manager, supervisor for over 25 years of experience and I see lots of things that could be changed for the good but maybe hands are tied because of investors or owners. Things should change.

i am very pleased with overall experience living here at the manisions of hastings greens sr. complex. the apartments are modern, ammenities are great, the management staff are proffessional & courteous. its a great place for senior citizens to live independently and stay active and vibrant!
