These people are crooks, Angela presented an offer in which I agreed to go ahead and fill out the app and pay the $40 app fee (for me and spouse) and once I was approved the whole deal changed and was blamed on the leasing agent being new and unaware. The only reason I even filled out the app was because of being misled to believe what I was told. And after informing management, it was basically "oh well" we are not honoring that even though our it was our mistake. Bad way to conduct business and I guess I dodged a bullet for $40 because If I'm arguing with you about lying, before I even signed a lease, what else could I expect to deal with. #POOR MANAGEMENT

Ok so let me tell you my NOT SO GOOD experience with these apartments. After a little the staff seemed not to worry to much about the situation. We saw all the bad reviews on the web, but decided to give them a chance. They told us a week before that our unit was going to be ready the following week. We called a day in advance to confirm that the apartments were ready and they said yes, and gave us a time to move in. We rented a Uhal and went to move, payed all the deposits and months rent. When we got there the manager said it wasn't ready, that the carpet contractors had only replaced the tile and not the carpet. The manager said they would get to it later that day. Then he said the crew wasn't able to come until the next day, my husband had taken off ONE day and only had help that ONE day. We went to see the old carpet anyway and it was stained and has small trash. We demanded our rent deposit and application money back. It was very disappointing and a waste of our time, I would think things would be better since they are now under new management. I mean if we were having trouble ALREADY what would we expect if any other issues came about?

management is very unprofessional. do not move here unless you want to rent from petty people. if you call the office whether it be for maintinance or noise complaint they would promise help and never come through. i lived there for 1 year and 10 months and the pool only was safe to swim in the first couple of months of my first lease. it was so bad to the point where the health department came and closed the pool off with yellow tape . the pool might have been clean for a week after that then back to the same. the units do not come with washer and dryer but have a facility on the property. only two washing machines worked out of six the whole time i lived there, they were aware of the problem, and if you werent lucky enough to know which ones worked , you would lose your change to broken machines. please do not move here!!!
