Don't Do It. Mold is seeping through paint. Neighbors Marijuana smoke travels through walls. Gates are always open ,so no type of security.. Pools aren't open for kids, Fitness center sucks. Trash everywhere. Overpriced for the environment they provide for sure!

El personal es de lo mas amable antes de mudarte ya una vez dentro de los departamentos son GROSEROS, sobervios no tienen ningun sentido denlo que es la etica. En menos de un mes habia una rata en el departamento, el aire acondisionadonse descompone 3-4 veces por mes y en la mayoria del tiempo el unico miembro con certificado para arreglar aires no esta disponible y te ponen un aire temporal en la vetana. Tenemos aqui apenas 3 meses no pienso renobar mi contrato. Si huscan un buen lugar para su familia definitibamente esta no es una buena opcion.

Less than a year and I've had two motorcycles stolen and by truck broken into. It took a month to get my leaking garbage disposal fixed/replaced. The gates have only been operational a total of a few weeks, maybe. some restaurants will not even deliver good here after dark. Roaches live in the walls and come in through the electrical outlets.

I can honestly say i hate the way business is run here.The office workers ain't ---- at all,no matter how many times you make a request to get something fix in your apartment,it take nearly 3 to 4 weeks for this maintenance guy to come fix anything.Yall the maintenance man and the crew ain't worth ---- again i state it.They allow burgulars to vandalize your property and you have to pay out your hard earn money to fix it.They claim your property suppose to be supervise by their so call security guards which is BULL.Vehicles have been VANDALIZE just recently and they do nothing about it.The gate stay broken so anyone can enter.People leave trash for days or weeks at a time outside there doors or porch that create FLIES.Every since i have moved here i have been very aggervated and disappointed in this place.AGAIN!!!!! No matter how many times you make a service request they will never do anything about it unless you CONSTANTLY go in the office.Another thing......The paint that they put on the apartment walls is the most horrible,cheapest,watery paint i ever had to deal with,anything get on the walls you can consider it ruin.Were the vents where the air come from always make the paint off the walls smurr and drip lines going down.They need to pressure wash the outside panels done turned mean green very dirty.Outside doors need to be painted also....Any appliances may have pieces missing.They paint over rusted material example.....Doors falling apart......Living room to small you got to share your dining area with it.......I REPEAT THE PAINT THAT THEY USE IN THE APARTMENTS IS HORRIBLE AND CHEAP........YOU CAN NEVER WIPE OFF ANYTHING.......THEY ALLOW CRACKHEADS TO HANGOUT AND SCOPE YOUR AREA TO FIND SOMETHING TO STEAL......I REPEAT.....WATCH YOUR APARTMENT AND VEHICLES CLOSE.............THIS PLACE DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU.....ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY.........

ROACHES EVERYWHERE HERE!!!!

I've been living out here for almost 3 momths and it's not worth it.. I've complain about how the things wasn't getting done in side the apartment such as the air conditioning unit, the toilets over flows, i havent seen no one to come an handle the bug problems and etc.so they was suppose of been credit some of mii money back that I by the way payed 3months in advance so now I'm in a jam n I went to talk to the property manger name Mrs pattie and she told me I could leave today so I got my lawyers and we ready for war... I know my rights as a resident as well as an citizens so it's a go.. I wouldn't advise no one to move here.. oh yea the rent is ridiculous and it's not worth it..

Worst apartment ever. Gates do not work most of the time, so access to the public is way too easy. The buildings are moldy, The residents boldly smoke dope on their porch without even trying to conceal it. The pools are always filthy--its pretty simple: cut down the flowering trees beside it! Kids seem to run free and try to act like common thugs and criminals at a middle school age. Trash everywhere, dumpsters are not emptied often enough, and pest control is a joke. I pay $930 ish for a 2x2 (including water) and its not worth it at all.

I have been here over four years; can't wait until my lease is up. The new management and owners are pathetic! The rate hikes do not justify what you are getting. It is a nasty environment and very unsafe. Don't be fooled by what you see online. The property is old and you are waiting your money to even think about making this dump your home. The trash, drainages, grounds, and the maintenance are insufficient. Most breakins are unforced. Think about it!

Covered in mold, breaker box is a fire hazard, maintenance issues still not resolved after 3weeks and waiting
