This is the worst place ever. Mold in the vents, roaches everywhere, nothing gets fixed. Kitchen light went out and it took 2 weeks for them to come out and just drop off the fluorecent lights. Sliding doors were on order for one year and when we finally got them, they could not fix them. They actually told me that there was nothing they could do about it. My closet door wouldn't close all the way. Now there is much more to tell about robbings, cars being broken into, gun shots, office ladies being rude and things not getting done but I need to leave room to tell you about the sewer issues. Sewer backed up so many times and no matter what time during office hours it was reported, a call to the after hours line had to be made. Now when the sewer water over flows onto your floor your are responsible for the cleanup unless it reaches your carpet! Now on the outside, it is just allowed to dry up as if it was rain water! That goes for the human feces as well. Don't get lured in by "All Bills Paid and W/D connections in the unit", this is a terrible place to live!

Just so you know i just move in and i read all reveiw before i move in. just to see how it really is i went ahead and took a chance to lease there and i am extreamely happy with my updated apartment and not to mention the office Staff they are very professional and actually care i have alway pass by but never stop til one day i just seen a differance property wise clean -nomore trash the way it use to be .So i took a chance and love it. Very happy resident .

i have lived her for a year and 3months it was cool at first everything quiet no problems until they stole the back tiers of my truck and left it laying on cinder blocks. all the office people could say was that they had security on the premisis B******T....Then my kitchen light messes up and they take a whole DAMN week to fix it because the chick had to put me down. my window breaks 3days to fix it......just for having a party they charged $50 of property damage for having a trash bag laying on the balcony other then the good price and everything getting included in the rent these apartments are no worth getting you S**T stolen....we had to pay more in replacing our stuff then in paying rent....ohh and did i mention we've gotten our cars brake into 4times outta one year that we live here absolutely ridiculous.......and if someone from the apartment office read this don't be getting pissed off and make the apartments better by getting off your lazy ---

I lived there from 3/1/10 and the second day after moving in we found someone in my apt. none of the windows locked. I talked to my neighbors and they all said the same thing that none of their windows locked. Just about every night gun shots were fired. I was always scared that something was going to happen. A lot of gang things going on. Kids running wild. Fights all the time. Moving to the Arlington Place was the worst mistake we ever made. Some one kept coming to my apt. and I went to the front office to complain, and they said "maybe your husband is cheating on you" I was like DID YOU REALLY JUST SAY THAT?? They don't care to help. The don't care about what happens or goes on. My fan almost fell on my head and they never once even came to fix it. So many things was wrong and they never did anything to help or make it better. Please don't go there. I was a nightmare. I am a real and this is all true. Anyone who comes on here saying good things about the apt. are crazy or fake. I could not even stay. I had to leave even thought I still had three months left on my lease. I am taking it to the Houston Apartment Association. Because those apt should be shut down.

The only reason my family hasn't moved from this dump is that the only places more affordable than this are more hood than this. So if u enjoy late night gunshots, scum bag houstone gang bangers, crackheads,loud --- neighbors, horrible bastard children reaking havoc all hours of the day and night,oh... and the occasional child rapist, by all means we would love to have you.....I can't wait to get the f@(k outta here. This has been a real message by a real tenant. U have been warned.
