SECTION 8 HOUSING ALL OVER; DRUGS; PROSTITUTION; CRIME; THEFT; NOISE; UNRULY TEENAGERS WHO ARE DRUG DEALERS; BREAK-INS; POLICE ON DUTY MEANS NOT A DAMN THING; LATE NIGHT PARKING LOT PARTIES AND BARBECUES; CHILDREN RUNNING WILD IN THE DAY AND NIGHT; BAD MANAGEMENT UNDER INVESTIGATION BY HOUSING INSPECTOR GENERAL IN WASHINGTON; PLACE LOOKS LIKE WATTS PROJECT IN CALIFORNIA! DOPE AND DRUGS EVERYWHERE! PROSTITUTES EVERYWHERE! BEWARE!

I lived there in 1995&1996 and although the manager was polite, several things happened while I was there. <br> <br>My car´s radio was stolen; my spouse´s car was hauled away (while we were out of town); my ATM card was stolen in the mail (the PIN number that was supposed to be sent a few days later was obviously taken, too because 1000 dollars was stolen from my account); <br>My apartment was broken into (while I was out of town) and the apt insisted I pay for the broken window. <br>I broke my lease and moved out for fear of another break-in while I had to go back out of town (working) and it ruined my apartment credit! <br>I finally settled with them and got it straightened up. <br> <br>So, after my spouse´s losing his car (which they hauled off); 1000 dollars from my account; a stereo and t.v. from my apartment and my rental credit ruined, I´d say don´t live there. <br> <br>
