The manager is awful. He loves to hide in his office whenever a resident walks in. The only time you'll see him is when he's making you pay more money. Extremely rude and unprofessional. It's not even a safe place.

Bad community... BAD PLACE TO LIVE ... JUST PLACE FOR ROACHES RATS AND OTHER DAMM THINGS ... NO MAINTENANCE ... AND THE MOST WORST THING IS BAD MANAGEMENT .. THE MANGER IS EXTREMELY RUDE & PROUD .. ACTS LIKE AN OWNER.. DAMMM ... I WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE..

this place is only take more and more money from the people and they charge separately to anyone on her wish and relations which is not good. specially the staff is very rude and not guide people accordingly just misguide and talk to people very rudely.

Over all decent place to live at cheaper rates.

I lived in this property al most four years and found the management very rude and not helping, Just wanna make money out of your pocket. you have to pay for every single call to maintenance. Even you have to pay if your toilet flasher broke down. Once you decided to move out of the property they gonna bill you starting form $400 up $2000.They will tell you pay this money or we will spoil your credit. I my self paid $400 hundred even my apartment was very nice and clean and just remodeled form govt funding Too many accident of rubries and money snatching I was myself once rubbed and I call the police and they could not find the rubber. They gave me too much hard time in this period of time I was not move because I came to know they will through me a big bill. after six month of remodeling apartment I move out that's why I have to pay $ 400 PLEASE DO NOT EVEN THINK TO LEASE THIS APARTMENT

This apartment complex is also attached with Desi Village Apartments. They are overloaded in roach infested apartments. You cannot go an visit someone in their apartment and not see roaches crawling all over the place. It is disgusting and embarassing. You can ask for an exterminator to come every week if you want to (which I have done the last 3 months) and they don't even go away. All the apartments are infested extremely bad. The manager is the rudest person I have ever come across. I had a leak in my apartment and a whole had to be cut in the wall. I called them two or three times a week to have this whole patched up, because I was going to have visitors from out of town soon. Every phone call I made, I was promised that someone was going to come out that day. For four weeks straight I did this, and when I went to the office to talk with the manager about it, the manager yelled at me infront of everyone. She told me not to accuse the staff of being negligent. The maintence guys are nice but lied and said they tried to come once in all the four week and my apartment was locked and they could not gain enterance. She continued to yell at me because of this one time the apartment may have been locked (possible because I was in the shower). She has not explanation as to the other times. She totally embarrassed me infront of the staff, potential renters, and existing renters. When I have complained about the roach, as well as others who live here have done. They make it a point to due an apartment inspection and even if you have the neatest and cleanest apartment they blame the roach infestation due to the apartment being filthy. This is a ridiculous place and a complete joke. I would never recommend it to anyone. So take my advice walk away if you know what is good for you.
