I've been a resident here at walnut for 2 years now. I do think the new staff in the office are better than the old ones they had in there. I have my elderly grandma living with me and every time she goes up into that office the girls all remember her and ask her how she is and that makes her feel good. as far as all these people complaining about roaches and stuff like that well if you're dirty then you're going to have problems but that's everywhere in this city not just up here. All in all everything is starting to look nicer and I heard that the parking lots going to be fixed sometime coming up and that'll be really good because right now it is pretty tore up I'll give em that, but they are trying and they've always done right by me so I'm gonna just continue doin me here at walnut.

I live at Walnut Creek and Iam very satisfied, people in the office are being really good to me. I go at least once a week to rent a free movie.

XXXXXXX DO not move in 5 break ins in one month, roaches come out of every where nothing but immigrants with more then 5 people living in one bedroom apartments laundry room is not acceptable they are not in good condition to put your clothes in. They promised a kid play area which they have not even started to build , swimming pool was closed all summer long due to chemicals was there excuse your car gets Towed so they can make money I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!! a bunch of men outside drinking on weekends not safe at all

The APARMENT MANAGER CYNTHIA AMD HER STAFF are very rude. The manager rents to illegal PEOPLE WITH 5 OR 6 ALL IN A 0NE BEDROON AND DOESNT SAY NOTHING ABOUT THAT. I SEE WHY HER OCCUPANCY IS SO LOW. IF SHE WOULD KEEP TO HER SELF AND LET THE PEOPLE GO TO WORK SO THEY PAY THEIR BILLS AND RENT THEN THER WOULDNT BE ANY PROBLEMS.

This apartments are not good at all remodeling yeah right not even true n if the maneger repys to this she's full of it she is not nice at all a few days ago people moved like nothing didn't even charge them for breaking lease sounds good right well the staff sucks ther is only one noce lady no names but anyways thers drunks here and beer cans everywher I see ther fixing the gates but for what they need to fix service first parking is not great at all period people are leaving like crazy roachs check bad service check bad staff check and remember if I get a good complement its the manerger trying to reply to sound good oh yeah ther is a apartment ther that has more then 5 familys living ther 2901 they smoke druhs and sell and all the apartments do is call the cops supposly they don't do nothing stickers well they don't even check them they have cars everywher parked without stickers BAD PLACE try moving they will convince you to move after you do they don't even know you!!!!!
