Yo e vivido en estos apartamentos hace mas de 15 anos y estoy muy contenta de todos los cambios tan positivos que han hacho. Las senoriatas de la officinal son muy amables y siempre me Mandan a arreglar todo lo que se me llaga a aruinar. el senor que arregla es bueno y muy respetuoso.

Walnut creek is a fantastic property, old buildings but remodeled nice, management is awesome and they take in every aspect of helping there residents, maintenance is great and stay on top of there tasks, great property big trees and great people

I been living here for the Last 10 years and in the Last 3 years every thing is geting a lote better. ..

yo e leído malos comentarios de ase varios años pero con mas de 8 años viviendo aquí.....en los últimos años se nota todos los cambios que para bien a tenido este complejo de apartamentos ya que ahora el mantenimiento la seguridad y sobre todo el servicio en la oficina es excelente y el que pone malos comentarios es porque es parte del problema y no le gusta seguir reglas

I love my apartment. Totally renovated and clean. I moved in Saturday And Vanessa was very nice. She gave me a welcome basket with goodies. I think it will be a great year for me and my husband here in Houston.. I am happy we are here.

Ayer me mude a walnut creek y mi apto estaba muy limpios y todo nuevo. Tenia una canasta de bievenida. La propiedad se ve limpia y sin gente caminando en los parkeos. Estoy contenta de vivir aki.

I just love cynthia and her staff! They are very welcoming and respectful. The property has came a long way on how it use to look thanks to all the remodeling. The apartments are a great deal in price and the service here is just great! Neighbors usually keep to themselves and maintenance is always very fast when it comes to work orders. I am a satisfied resident :)

I've had no issues while living here for the last two years. The people that live here are nice, and the staff is welcoming and helpful. I like the location since it is close to Houston. They are also remodeling the area and it looks good.
