Worse management would not recommend no one to move there. They reverse your rent payment like you didn’t pay add on late fee tell you your check didn’t clear and when bring in proof that your payment never went to the bank that they reverse they won’t talk to you. Anybody need proof I will gladly talk and show proof don’t move there . You have one manager won’t talk to you and one tell you she only been there three days every time you talk to her please don’t move there

Bueno desde q estamos acá muy contentos bonito lugar su personal de mantenimiento muy eficiente los de la oficina son amables nos sentimos muy bien en verdad no se porque las personas han escrito tan malos comentarios de este lugar creo q lo único q quiero resaltar es el elevado precio del agua no debería ser así porque todos no gastamos lo mismo por lo demás todo ok

Roach infested. Lack of communication and professionalism. I’ve had multiple leaks that they failed to service in time. Management does not care once you are moved in. Loud noise, partying and trash everywhere. Don’t move here !

Please referred to my Google review, this place is disgusting, from the overflowing dumpsters to Constant flooding leaking and damages with our AC washers, etc. Everything that can be damaged has been damaged. The managers name is ------- --------. Me and my mother consistently flooded, and between me and her alone we’ve dialed about 18 times. With no answer. I had to walk over to the leasing office to get the managers first and last name, and just for laughs, called again while I was in there to see what actions they would take. They completely ignore the phones, and I don’t understand why they have a fully staffed office with no one willing to answer and actually HELP Their tenants who are living here and paying rent. Our furniture has been damaged because of the flooding not just today, but a previous flooding we had a few months back. If you are even remotely interested in leasing here, please do not waste your time.

It was great after seeing the apartment I was sold it was very modern & pleasant. But the best part was meeting the agent Cheryl she was very pleasant & we laughed talked like 2 old friends. I will be back

Overall, my experience at Westchase Forest was okay. Property was clean. I didn't have a problem with bugs. Issues started to arise towards the end of my lease. I had neighbors move in that were extremely loud and would party until late hours of the night (I'm talking 5 am) right outside my window. I couldn't even make a noise complaint because I didn't know which apartment they belonged to since they were outside. Moving out was a nightmare! The leasing managers were extremely disorganized and unprofessional. I had to verify THREE times with various leasing office people that I was moving out. Thank goodness I kept a copy of my written notice, or they definitely would have tried to charge me for not notifying them 60 days in advance, which I of course, had.

Nice property, friendly staff, and responsive maintenance. They just put in a playground. The gym has some new equipment too. Overall, my maintenance issues get taken care of and I enjoy visiting the office.

My husband and I had a very bad experience living in this place. I am not going to speak about the tons of roaches scattered everywhere or even the no meaning charges that I found each month. The staff at the office is rude, and unsympathetic about things they should take responsibility for. Every single time that I make a call to one of their agents, I end up being promised a call back which I never end up receiving. Even after I moved to a different apartment I called to set up an appointment to give them the keys and all stuff, and the office agent told me that this is the responsibility of the assistant director - Cheryl Stephenson- so I called her to determine the suitable date and time for her. I went on the specified time to find out that she went for her lunch and they told me in the office that I have to wait for an hour until she comes back. last but not least they told me in the office that they going to send me an invoice for the remaining unpaid utility when they receive it and I gave them my new address for this purpose, however you will not believe what happened they didn't send me any invoice but I chocked what I got a letter - 3 weeks after- from the national credit systems saying that I have a debt. They request the collection office to collect it even before they send me the invoice. Up to this moment I can't believe the nightmare that I have because those irresponsible and ignorant staff. This post is for those people who understand what real customer service is. You will not find that there at Westchase forest Apartments. STAY AWAY FROM REGRET!!!

I only been here 2-3 months and I already regret moving here. My car has already been broken into, we get charge for valet trash but they pick and choose when to get the trash. Maintenance takes forever to fix anything!! I so ready to move I didn't want to mess my credit up , I would total pay to break lease!!

Just moved in second day here but very bad thing happened. Just went out for grocery shop and came back home 2 hours after my Amazon and target delivered. My Amazon package was a TV and my Target package were just some cleaning supplies. THE TV WAS STOLEN AND THE TARGET PACKAGE WAS OPENED!!! Now just want to move out right away!!! Really bad neighbors here!!! And just talked row then staff. They said just deliver to store or usps to pick up. I'm like wtf?!
