I'm a realtor who placed my clients in this property!!! First thing realtors this property does not pay the commission they promise. I toured the property with Trenard. The unit promised my client was double leased. Then they placed my client with a handicapped mother in a unit that was more expensive with tree roots protruding above ground that limit her mobility to go outside. This is a property that does not honor their word

I am currently looking for a new place to stay since I am working in the energy corridor now. After visiting several apartments this one caught my attention. The office people are really nice and they where able to show me two models and they had it all set up. The new units with the stainless steel appliance are awesome. Gave me an idea of how I want to fix my apartment. I'll be leasing here as soon as my lease is up where I stay.

I love my new apartment! I moved into an upgraded apartment and it is awesome! Maintenance is quick and the people in the office are great, they really listened and took the time to take care of us BEFORE and AFTER we moved in!! So happy we choose to move to Westchase Forest! Love this area!

I love living here I'm moving out of the country and will miss that gaff friendly faces. My mother still lives there and you guys treat her like a queen. We thank you for that. The property looks so beautiful and. We love the personal trainer. No more excuses to why one is not working out

Great place to live. Been here for some time. I was not going to write a review due to previous management promising items and not delivering. This ownership stated they are doing renovations, changing the office and putting professional staff in the office. So far, I have toured the model and love it. I see the changes coming to my apartment. This management stated that they are making changes to the community and I see the trees trimmed, the office front is so awesome and looks really great. The office changes are in progress and this is AMAZING. I am so excited to see the new gym, computer room, CONFERENCE ROOM!!!!! yes. and more. The new manager Freddie said big things were coming and his owners are backing his statement to me. This is what I am looking for in a management team. The truth and stand by it. Kuddos to the ownership putting a team together that stands strong and stands on integrity

I am a student at Sam Houston University commuting back and forth on weekends. I have two roommates here but they are not the ones that take care of me. I must say that the office take a personal interest in the tenants that put the effort forward. I told the manager that I was going to receive some packages in the office and he made sure that they were signed for every time. I told him what day the packages will be there and the time I would be home. He made sure that they were accounted for and text me upon the arrival. Friday I arrived in Houston to pick up my packages and I also told him that I am studying law enforcement and was studying all weekend for an exam that was very important on Tuesday. He sent me a text from the rent Website on Sunday saying keep your head in those books and good luck on the exam next week. Then on Tuesday morning received another text saying you have this and good luck. I was so shocked that he took the time to remember this. small but it was the thought behind it.

I have a new utility bill and this is the reason I am writing this review. Its the really good things that count. I could be negative and say the trees are out of control but I won't....lol. Overall I am really happy with my apartment community. They are really doing a lot of well needed work. The office staff is 100 time better than before.

I love the new look. I see that the new management came along and made huge changes in the office staff, integrity of the model and the look of the community. I have toured before but this time it was worth stopping and leasing.

All I can say is great job! I am looking for an apartment and need it by March 2018. I am so happy to see that this place has changed the appliances and moving a new direction. I have toured three times to see how consistent it would be. No matter whom I talked to at this office I see professional behavior and mannerisms. Several residents coming in the office and asked for packages and they were treated so great that I was pleased. I love to see when residents love the community they live in. I talked to a few and they were so happy that the office changed.

The tour was great. I lived at this community over 11 years ago and now back in the area. I visited a few months ago and was not impressed. Now under new management and ownership you can see the changes. I was given a follow-up phone call to re-visit and took a chance. I am so happy to see upgrades in the units. They now have stainless appliances and units have flooring in the living room.
