I have lived here since August 2017. This is a quiet apartment complex. The staff is very friendly and always prompt when I have a maintenance request. Sometimes it is a little hard to resolve an issue immediately (like plumbing) but they always follow up and call to let me know the soonest it can be fixed. The thing I like the best is that the staff will always contact you back when you need something. The office manager is very receptive and the maintenance man is very kind. I haven't had any problems with neighbors. The only gripe I have is when kids popped off fireworks on New Years Eve but I just yelled at them.

Owner and manager are horrible. Front gate and back gate always broken. Dishwasher stayed broke for Months before they decided to fix it. Apartments have mold and roaches.

I visited the complex for a weekend. I good friend lived there. I really was shocked and couldn't believe the way it was ran. I walk around the complex and saw a lot that was wrong. I went back during the week witness a unfair and unethical decision made by the management team. They kick out a lady and three kids based on what they heard. I could go on but, I would not move to this complex based on the piss poor management. I could go on about the mold and alot more .

My husband and I moved in last year and haven't had a problem. This is our first apartment and I kind of chose the first place I went to because I honestly didn't want to look around. We were pleasently surprised with how well everything has been. My husband tells me I did a good job with choosing our place. We will definitely be renewing our lease and maybe even upgrading to a 2 bedroom to start our little family(:

I have been at Park Colony for about 6 months and my experience has been extremely pleasant. The property is quiet and my apartment was in excellent condition was I rented. I think that the older reviews should either be removed because this property was purchased 2 years ago and from what my neighbors have told me it's a difference in day and night!

I've been living here for almost two years and the only reason being that I do not want to take my children out of Adam Elem.which I happen to love. The staff is ol, usually pleasant, although never helpful. My a/c unit has Never worked correctly, causing my utility bills to be sky high. Also, I have continuously complained about black mold & rust & NOTHING has ever been dome about the problem. The apartments are actually unfit for living in my opinion & a serious health hazard. Thank God I al leaving soon enough. I do Not recommended anyone living in such a place, the rent is not that cheap!

complex is reasonably quiet. They just recently refinished parking lot. All the spaces are clearly marked now. They have more than enough parking spots.Complex is older but management seems to be on top of things. There are much nicer looking properties around but these so far seem to be pretty good for the money.

It's obvious from the pictures, they were taken just after new ownership of the property, the parking lot is empty. New owners have done a lot of work, and are still doing more. Yes, parking in a spot that does not say visitor is reserved to residents with a parking pass, as in all(most) comunties, this is for the benefit of the residents, or visitors would take any spots, and residents would be left to take the what ever is left over, far from their apartments. Yes towing company comes in and moniters the lot, and no they don't ask about who owns what car, it's not their job, their job is to take the ones that don't have a permit and are parked in a spot reserved for residents. Al residents are informed multiple times at move in to follow lot rules, it's a shame they decide to park anywhere, or don't inform their visitors about it, it is a bit expensive. But the prices are regulated by the state, and has nothing to do with where the towing company has their lot.
