Totally agree, the 1st review on here definately sounds like management talking, there is not one staff memeber available on this property...maintenace man lives quite far from my understanding, there is no answering service, the calls after hours are forwarded to someones cell phone you must leave a msg (although there is no way of knowing who you are leaving the msg with they've said nothing in acknowledgement of it being a place to leave msgs for the complex) and most likely you wont recieve a return call! The maintence staff is friendly enough but unfortunatly you have to go through the office first. The apartments have been recently purchased (from my understanding) maybe in the last 6 months and while yes they are being renovated parts are nice and but the bad equals if not surpaces the good. The towing is out of hand!!! And most residents have had it with the parking situation!!! I have been here for a few months and new things that i was promised my first month have yet to be replaced. And staff has already changed in the approx 6 months the place has been under the new management/ ownership! Of the 3 laundry facilities on site only one is in working order! Pool is a mess, and fence around the pool is missing a bar (children can fit through there!!!) While the price may seem right there are plenty of other options i would check before signing here!..... I must add tho my neighbors are great, i have had no problems with any of the residents here!!!

First off the review written on 03/14/2011 had to written by management which is tacky in itself. There is no on site staff, just trying to get a hold of someone after 5 or on the weekends is almost impossible. Maintenance may tell you they are coming by but most likely will not show up. The place is in ruins; it s old and is somewhat under construction. The drive way is full of large pot holes you have to look out for. For the price of the rent you can expect these things put the part that is really bad is they will tow your car off for no reason and it s over $200 each time to get it back. And they don t just tow it to a nearby place. It s on the other side of Houston, so the tow cost more and it takes a lot of time away from you and causing some people to miss work. One couple here just throw a Mardi Gras party for everyone here since most are new here, it was a great way to meet everyone. The whole party was paid for the couple and a few gave a little money to help out. Later that night while cleaning up, the car use in the Mardi Gras parade that belongs to the couple giving the party, was park in an open parking area since they have two cars and you only get one spot to park. Will by the time they went back to the car, it had been towed off by management. The Manager will not help out to get the car back and the fee is $204. Great way to say thinks for making management look good with the party for everyone. If you go there talk to people, they have all kind of problems with the owner. He is very rude to most there. If you have two cars or have a friend over, their car will most likely be towed. They have notices, but only in the stop you CAN park in, no warnings in the spots you CAN T park in. The really great part about the towing is that they only use one service that drives around the lot and tows off any car they don t think should be there, with no warning or asking anyone. Then they tow it to a far away lot which makes the tow cost more. I don t know about you, but I m thinking money scam.

EVERYTHING about this community is AMAZING! I love the staff here! I love the faux hardwood floors, the upgraded carpets and the 2-tone paint. Maintenance ALWAYS comes to my rescue. The onsite staff treats you like family :)
