I am constantly being amazed at how good I['m treated by the management team! They just keep surprising me all the time. I'm now accustomed to this. When I call for a maiintenance service, small or large, they send someone sameday and most of the time, within two hours or less. The buses have a/c and are great and so is the driver. Somehow the entire management remembered my name from day one. That shocked me, too. I feel like I really do matter and they really DO care about me. THANKS BRAESRIDGE TEAM!!<br>

Used to be very nice, management changes in office too often. Execllent maintenance and transportation to and from grocery store-cultural events - shopping and restaurants.

I have lived here for the last 2 years and have never had any problems. All of my friends that live here are happy. I am glad we have activities and the bus to take us different places. I will not be moving any time soon.

I don´t know who wrote those last 2 reviews. They must´ve either moved in the day before, or they work in the leasing office. This apartment complex was very nice...about 10 years ago! Back in the early 90s it was an ideal place for retirees. They had a shuttle bus to take them to various locations around town. Lots of activities. Lots of people under 65 were welcome to the complex as well. <br>Since then the management has changed numerous times. This used to be one of the best apartment complexes in the infamously rundown Fondren SW area. <br>Now they´re getting like those other craphole apartment complexes by letting anyone in here. Loud music, loud people, neighborhood kids all over the place (I guess they think we have city pools here), gates are constantly broken down, people are leaving trash all over the grounds..Someone urinated in one of the apartment building elevators about a week ago....still has not been cleaned. The management obviously does not care anymore who they lease to. <br>If you want peace and quiet, do not move to Club Braesridge!

The kind of place that you are proud to live at! The management and maintenance are the best I have ever seen! Thank you Braesridge!
