I appreciate the work and effort they put in today and transferring me to a bigger unit. They are the best at what they do and have done for me and my family. They were nice and showed they cared about us.

Made the mistake of calling ONCE to see if there was any apartments available, I opted out of text messages and the only reason they have my number is bc of their caller ID..I haven't stopped receiving harassing calls multiple times a week from this place for 2 months now. I've told them multiple times to stop and have called the central office. The central office apparently has no way to contact them and the number they say to contact to make it stop goes nowhere...STOP HARASSING PEOPLE WHO HAVE NO INTREST IN THIS CRAPPY CONPLEX

First week sewage backed up into both of my bathrooms litterly sh.. in the tub on my floors and went into the bed rooms and closets under the floors and walls took almost 2 weeks to be cleaned and had to call several times to ask for a deep cleaning. Apartments not properly cleaned after people move out found several dead painted roaches all around the apartment, I changed the shower rod in the bathroom and under the fixture there is roach eggs covering the backing. If you have friends or family that visit you give that up because they can obly stay 3 days and the way they do this is make you get a parking pass for them and you can only get one pass per Apartments perday and they tow 24/7 so there is no daytime safety, the security is a joke drug dealers and addics all around walking randomly. And if your happen to have a family member or someone having a hard time in order for them to stay with you they make you sign a new lease charge you all the prices over again just to stay in the apartment your in or they cant park for more than 3 days.

Dear Chelsea Williams and Avenstar Team, I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the wonderful living experience I had at your complex. Although I am leaving, I have enjoyed my time living here immensely. From the moment I moved in, the Ms.Chelsea has been incredibly accommodating and helpful. Anytime I had a question or concern, she was available to assist me promptly. The maintenance team also did an excellent job of ensuring that my unit was in top shape, and they were always friendly and efficient. Overall, my time living here has been wonderful. I am grateful for the positive and safe environment, the great location, and the helpful staff. Thank you for making my living experience here a fantastic one. I am going to say this simply as I can.... if you love your life do not move to these apartments. 1. They provide zero support with cleaning up the violence and shootings at the property. 2. The staff are liars. They do not answer the phones or return messages. 3. Maintenence will pretend to have done repairs while never entering your unit. If you move there install a Ring so you can see this for yourself. 4. The staff is unprofessional. 5. Again... if you love your life, do not move to this property. There are reasonable properties with better safety and mmanagement.

7 años viviendo el estos apartamentos,e quieren sacar de ese departamento donde vivo porq estará en remodelacio, les pido de favor que me transfieran aun departamento de 4 recámaras y que me cambien la carpeta oh me le pongan piso, por mi hijo que es asmático y lo k hacen es echarle champú ala alfombra allí tenían gatos y perros, y no pudieron hacer eso aparte me transfieren aún departamento en segunda planta..ya pagué deposito y la aplicación de mi hija. Me van a transferir de un departamento que no está remodelado para otro igual que no quisieron poner ni carpeta nueva cuando me dijeron que si la iban a cambiar..Me pidieron pruebas del asma de mi hijo y las llevé, alas corporaciones de apartamentos solo les importa el dinero no la salud de los niños mucho menos la delas personas grandes...

I’ve really sat on this for a year plus because I really just kept thinking it was a case of bad luck but at this point this is very personal and I want to assure NO ONE EVER signs a lease here EVER AGAIN. Don’t let these cute reviews fool you. They are full of CRAP. I’ve been here for a year and renewed my lease because I genuinely didn’t think things could get worse but BOY was I wrong. I want to start off by saying that there used to be a property director named Elizabeth. She actually got stuff done. There were not anywhere NEAR as much crap happening here when she was there. NOW it’s being run by Danielle. Danielle is the WORST thing that could have happened here. She doesn’t know anything. Half the time there is no one in the office. They’ve completely cut office hours so if you work during offices hours you are sure to see late fees for rent because they don’t have a drop box and now with the limited office hours and glitchy online portal you can ONLY pay your rent half the time in person. And you literally have to somehow luck up on someone actually being in there. I’ve literally had to have them undue late fees multiple times for this reason ONLY because my money orders thankfully were dated. NOW THE ACTUAL FULL ISSUES: - Within three weeks of moving in someone was MURDERED right on the steps. And I mean SHOT AND killed Literally inches from my steps. I don’t think this murder was ever solved. They sent out a letter basically telling us to call the police? Idk wtf that was supposed to resolve. - Within the month of moving in here I had to miss 3 days of work because they were doing electrical work on the apartments. I had just made $370 worth of groceries. All lost. They put us up in a hotel that WE had to pay the deposit on (and they didn’t even tell us this part). To compensate for me missing hundred of dollars of income AND losing $370 worth of groceries they gave us a $300 gift card. That btw they had to reissue because the first one didn’t even work. - The sinks in BOTH of my bathrooms don’t put out water at all. If it does ITS YELLOW!! - Apartments are dated & nasty. The parking lot is DISGUSTING. They allow literally anyone to loiter around doing whatever. Kids break into apartments and cars. Kids throw rocks at people’s apartment. Kids literally damage and destroy your property. They hired security who still does NOTHING. -The apartments are INFESTED with roaches. INFESTED. - We have lost power for DAYS on end in a year’s time about 5-6 times. When you call the office they tell you it’ll be fixed by this time and then of course that’s not done. At some point the entire big complex lost power for more than a full day. Everyone I know lost all their food. I told Danielle the office director to have the MAIN OFFICE call me. Because I was at that point frustrated but still working to communicate with them effectively to see how this could be resolved. Danielle assured me she would have them call me. No one ever called. She didn’t even call to see if the issue was resolved. I have lost hundreds in groceries 4/5 times. -I have now not had a working AC for almost a week (I want to state my 3 year old also lives here). I’ve made SIX maintenance request. They’ve sent 3 different people in here and ITS STILL NOT FIXED. It has been highs of 95 and lows of 82 all week. I work from home. I have to be completely naked with a fan directly on me to stop from passing out inside of an apartment I pay $1300 ON TIME to live in. At this point I am BEYOND frustrated. I have done everything I can to get the office to care and they clearly don’t. SO since a child having to sleep in an apartment with an internal temperature of 92 for three days straight I think it only necessary I let every potential resident know the truth of this place. I SAY THIS WHOLEHEARTEDLY DO NOOOT RENT HERE!!! Do not!!!! If your want your kids to die from a heat stroke or being SHOT Then by all means move in!!! I am going to the media. I am going to EVERY social media platform you have to let potential tenants know what TRASH this is. TRASH. TRASH!!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! They all are INFESTED with roaches!! They make you pay for pest control and its not anything they can do. they do not answer the phone. They get upset if you have trash bag sitting out waiting to get picked up they charge $25 per item. But cant fix the roach issue. aVERY RUDE AND THEY LIED ABOUT EVERYTHING WHEN WE MOVED IN. Also they dont close or open at the time they say online. They are always closed or opening late! Overall DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Kids always unattended, parking is a nightmare, roaches were outrageous, leaks, vandalized cars, laundry room disgusting, shooting fighting, no need for gate it never works, pest control never even seen, charge 25 for valet trash but its trash all on the ground in front the dumpster, dog poo every where, cars get towed like its going outta style what in the entire hell did i get myself into

If you like neighbors that curse at your kids for no reason then move here. not a kid friendly place and Chelsea is a lier and did not tell me my neighbor likes to curse out children for No reason and is very loud and yells at anyone that walks by. I’ve had to call the cops on her multiple times for her behavior towards my family and nothing has been done about. Not to mention I have a leak in my kitchen that has damaged the cabinet because no one will fix it. If I had known what I know now. I would have kept moving. A man said someone broke in his window and tried to rape his wife that just happened this evening. I have children. HEED the warning do not move here. I also contacted corporate and no response and the security guards are not here at all. Even tho they where here in the beginning but have since then stopped. I will be contacting the news next if nothing gets done about this.
