My wife and I have been living in this complex since October of 2018, and I can say that I would not recommend for anyone to come and live in this complex. They display to you an image of service and quality living, but for us it had been challenging ever since we've stepped foot in our apt. We've had terrible roaches, a rat problem, and the quality of the apartment itself has been below expectation and not up to a quality standard. Our kitchen cabinets looked very worn and not clean, and there were even holes in them near the bottom! We've constantly been reporting issues, and their answers have been very much like bare minimum patch jobs that really don't work to get to the bottom of the actual issues. I would not advise you to live here, please don't, because on a scale of 1 to 5 I would give them a 1, based off of cleanliness, service, and overall not feeling like they have not put their best foot forward in terms of presenting a quality home to tenants. In a lot of ways this complex has lacked professionalism, and I would not recommend you to spend your money here.

well the Monte Carlo apartments is the apartments from hell the don't fix anything my sink been broken for 3 months now and they have not come to fix it the walls are peeling and my kids are getting sick the roaches Are bad when we moved in there was lots of roaches and I told them the same day that the apartment they gave us is not ready or livable To be in and she jest gave me. Attitude They want your money but don't want to fix anything the walls have Dents in the walls when you push on them they have Trash all over the apartment I have sewer problems and they never ask me if I wanted to be in the front or middle or back of the apartments they jest put me where ever they feel like they want to put me without asking and I have pictures of how they keep there apartments complex

My first time moving to the Monte Carlo i just knew i would have a great experience because i heard great things about them! Well i heard wrong, this apartment is hell, the staff is RUDE, the people are RUDE, mantience never comes when they are supposed to you have to call them more then 5 times for them to actually respond. I'm just getting started did i mention we had a PEST issue ? When i say that i mean RATS! They have rats and they don't give a ---- about it, i had to call them serval times to tell them to come do something about these damn rats! They never did anything they claim they sprayed but everyday we seen a new rat!!!! They charge you for a trash fee but the trash men barely pick up the trash, somebody tried breaking into my window & i put in a work order to get it fixed they never came to fix it but said it was completed online, their water STINKS and i use to refuse to take a shower, i always had to go to my mothers house to bathe because their water was dirty and smelly with a greenish color. Their sewer water was gross, also they use to have sewer water coming up from the ground & they would leave it sitting there for days and never fixed it. Overall it's a terrible place to live please reconsider.

My experience at MC has been nice so far. The staff are very nice. The maintenance guys are always ready to help and respectful. The location to property is very good close to bltwy 8 and shopping center and restaurant. Best thing we didn't get flooded for Hurricane Harvey.

Great apartments. I've been here since October and honestly have no complaints. The office try's there's best to make sure all your needs are meet. Whenever I have anything wrong I come straight to them and they get it done ASAP. The apartments are not noisy at all and I honestly haven't had any bad experiences since I've been here.

I feel good living here. The maintenance service is good when i've needed repairs. I have good neighbors around me. Francia is always Nice and helpful. The Courtyards and swimming pools are clean. I recommend to live here.

They have a lot to offer love the move In specials most of all the gym is great for me it's loaded with lots of equipment. Very surprised that they offer 3 and 4 bedrooms. Office staff is very nice and welcoming

Since I've moved in everything has been perfect. Office staff is fantastic. Maintenance men are always cleaning up the floors. Pools are always looking good. Love the gym, has everything I could want

I was in Houston looking for an apartment for me and my family. This place is awesome. I have never seen more amenities in a single complex. Great access to anywhere in the city plus pools, BBQ grills, jungle gym, fitness room, movie theaer, kids room, basketball, you name it. The staff was polite and attentive. My kids had a great time and I could see the smiles grow even bigger ontheir faces as we continued to walk around. The units were big and bright. They all have brand new windows which will keep it cool in the windows. The one I am renting has all the upgrades I could ask for including counters, appliances, flooring. You can tell the TLC put into this community. I look forward to moving in this spring!!!

My time at the property was good. I am a teacher and felt safe and at home. The staff was friendly. I recently moved-out to buy a house. My apartment was large and spacious and the location was perfectly positioned to the parking area.
