I paid 50 more $ because one of your staff didn't give me enough information about the rent when I asked her, instead she decided to delay that info till the day I paid my rent. this is highly unprofessional, and I want to see some changes.

Ever since my father died and we lost our house, my mome brother and I were nearly homeless, untill we moved to Fondren Court. A few years later it was about to be demolished untill we found The Willows. The willows gave us a fresh new start. We met a lot of frendly maitnence members like Elvis and Angel. After my mom passed away and my brother had his own family I almost decided to move out. Then my brother an I decided to share an apartment together. Best 6 years of our lives and still counting. Thank you Willows.

They have a German roach ?? infestation and it’s disgusting I took a pic and if I could post it I could while I was eating my food a roach literally climb onto my plate as I was eating. I have litthad a roach crawl into my mouth as I slept I have complained multiple times but it just gets worse it been this way for over one year

Nice property! Well kept, staff very kind! The unit i have is a very large spacious apartment. Quiet property a lot of residents have lived here for years and neighbors are very kind. Very joyful to see families walking doing there daily exercise.

These apts are old and need a lot of repairs. There is always water leaking somewhere. They do patch work to fix problems, roaches are a problem due to nasty neighbors, they are not worth the price for me, I'm moving when my lease is up.
