I have had a fairly good experience at the Willows so far . No serious complaints. The staff and maintenance crew are a very caring team. I only hope is that the Property owners put more funds into making the property look presentable again. The complex has gone down over the years and rules and regulations need to be enforced. Some of the residents do not take pride in how they live .

Very quiet no disturbing neighbors or anything I would recommend anyone to live here and it's affordable the only issue I have is the water bill when I first moved here I was paying no more than 65 dollars now it's a whopping 140!

Nice & quiet...If a request has been made for something in need of repair, it's normally done within a great timely matter. No major issues or problems from my point of view. So far so good, great community.

I have only been living here a short time, not even a year yet. My experience has been a positive one. When I first moved in, I had several things wrong with the apartment. Each time I called the office and reported to maintenance, they came out in a fast and timely manner with a good attitude. Living here at the Willows has been satisfaction guaranteed.

Is pretty calm for the most part the only thing really bad right now is a cat infestation they are everywhere and some residents doesn't value the place throwing trash everywhere, as the staff goes they always been really nice and respectful, they tlisten and try take care of your concerns, only negative is the damn cats no collars and they just keep having more and more

Horrible can't wait until my lease is up to move nor will I recommend your apartments. Terrible horrible I hate it here can't wait to move I hate it here the apartments are old worn-out office staff socks need to have a diverse office staff they are rude workers are lazy and again I hate it here

Mi experiencia en esta comunidad ha sido muy buena , se ha respetado los art?culos y estatutos de los reglamentos de acuerdo al contrato y por lo tanto se ha mantenido la tranquilidad que uno como inquilino le agrada , para mi opini?n pienso que he vivido en unos de los mejores complejos a lo que respecta en esta ?rea , sin embargo hay cosas que a me parecer son importantes como el lugar en donde estacionar su veh?culo , ya que no tenemos puestos de reserva para cuando el inquilino llegue a su hogar encuentre un puesto adecuado a su preferencia y no uno que est? alejado se su apartamento , pienso que es importante obtener su puesto reservado para mayor tranquilidad de lo dem?s pienso que est? bien .

Not renewing my lease. Lived here less than a yr. Apt overall is ok. No discipline of child above me. Mgmt aware of problem, no result! I'm a handicap Sr citizen, needing my rest and some quiet time.

Overall, my experience here at The Willows Apartment has been excellent. The apartments are spacious and well-kept. The rent is affordable and is in keeping with today's market. It is quiet and peaceful here and I feel safe at the Willows Apartments. I have such a high opinion of the Willows Apartment, I referred my family members and she is very happy.

I been at the willows since 2012 great experience being good since I been there see come and go but I be there the office ladies in the office love there smile n also the guys who keep up our property too thumb ?? for the great job u guys do n keep us safe
