The office staff has always been very nice with interaction. Have had pest problem and refrigerator issues that has yet to be fixed or replaced. No issues from neighbors, load music or disturbances.

For a while it was ok ,I mean from the front it looked inviting because it the pretty flowers that use to be layered out front facing the street and coming through the gate. The parking lot and side walks were clean ,now all you see is beer bottles and can throw in the grass,they use to turn the dirt in the bed of the edges,And the side walk ,the side you don't even have a dog yet you constantly have step over dog ---- everywhere and you open your door all you smell and see is dog ---- all over patio ,And when it rains you almost need a boat to get to your car on the parking lot cause the sidewalk is under water they need to dig a small trench on each side of the side walk to let the water run to the parking lot. I know it's not just my feel this way but even the air around here smell like dog cramp, I know they say these are low income apts but that don't mean they should let them go down These Apt use to look clean ,they don't anymore.You ask for my options this is what I see.

Lovethe area where I live enjoy my neighbors relatively quite,close to shopping centers,on busline,close tohospitals,doctors office dentist offices,gas stations,pharmacies, churches, restaurants, schools

Problem with pest control showing up to exterminate has been going on too long. A staff that is professional and maintenance is great for me (pest control 3rd party.) Parking is somewhat limited in the area of my unit. Disagree with housing market when it comes to rental rate of apartment i'm in.

Is nice for living here I love my apartment y very nice I like parking y very spaced for my cars The neighbors are very good. The lifestyle here is very quiet. I'm sorry for my English jeje thanks you

The apartments are clean quiet. The office staff are awesome and respectful. The maintenance are fast and effective when necessary. Over all it's a good apartments??????????????????????????????????????

I was great Kassandra know how to make a good relationship with the people, she is really good helping others and with costumer services keep hiring people like her so I don't have inconvenience at the moment everything is good

I don't like living there it not what I expect the water don't get hot the roaches is very bad. I ask for a the carpet to be cleaned not happening .it need a up grade to the whole property and new staff.

Place is clean and safe, maintenance guys are great, quick response even on weekends. Prices are good! My townhouse is spacious and well distributed, I love spend time out there in my backyard this time of the year and make some bbq

I have been in the property for more than 18 years, I really liked the maintenance and security, but lately it has declined. The garbage dumpers are always overflowing, the failures in the appliances, they cannot be replace if they are fixed. Even if the appliances have over 10 years. I also understand that you cannot cover the patios, its written in the contract but I see a whole patio covered. The previous administration took care of the property and residents.
