BEST APARTMENT LIVING IN TEXAS!!! I love living at Winchester Place Apartment. After searching all over Houston, trying to find a place close to downtown, I found Winchester Place to be the best bang for your buck. My favorite part of living here is the superb team of people who manage this property. They are super friendly with a penchant for efficiency, perfection and accommodating each client with respect and professionalism. From the office staff to the maintenance staff, you can relax and enjoy a beautiful, clean, quiet community. You get the downtown upscale amenities. Indoors: marble tops and hardwood floors; Outdoors: the tranquility of country living. I will never move from here. I feel proud to live here. Winchester Place Apartments is truly MY HOME. DOGGIE FRIENDLY!

Winchester Place is a great complex. The front staff and the manager are totally helpful. When I moved in they went above and beyond in getting me some mail and packages that came early and even worked around their schedule to get me a key. The apartment I have has updated floors, blinds, countertops and appliances. Parking is adequate, my neighbors are great and respectful, and the place is nice and quiet. Highly recommend this place

We moved in mid january of this year, and so far we love it here. We have a baby, so it was important to find somewhere that felt safe for our son. It is a very quiet, safe apartment complex. Kids are free to play safely around the complex. My neighbors are very friendly, not loud at all. You can't hear through the walls like I read in reviews from other apartment complexs, I know thats a big deal to some people, so thats a very good thing. Maintenence is very friendly as well and it does not take long after you sumbit a work order for them to come check out and fix the problem you may have. The staff is friendly and knowledgable, they were very helpful in accommodating us to what we were looking for in a specific price range. I was worried about packages arriving to the office just because it is my first time renting but none of our packages have ever been lost. Overall it's a great place, especially for first time renters. I definitely reccomend this complex.

This apartment complex and staff have been nothing, but excellent the during years of our residency. They have been prompt in service calls and when things were not perfect, they took care of the problems quickly and efficiently. The property manager and the assistant are true professionals. Their response time and handling of situations were really pleasant and appropriate. The manager cares about the facility, the tenants, and her staff members. I would highly recommend Winchester Place Apartments!

I used to love living here, up until --------------- left ever since then property has went down. Now they have big a** green clothing donation box on property really bringing down the neighborhood, get notices all the time for dumb reason. I have lived here for almost four years now, never seen roaches up till here recently I have called to have come spray and they dont come.. And someone tried breaking into my my place one night, broke into to someones elses after a failed attempt on mine and supposedly he lived on property and I have yet to get any update if he was taken care. Or they least they could do is send out letters warning people that someone is breaking into apts. The people who work in office are never on time.. Says they open at 830am and no one is there till after 845am... Cant wait til my lease is up and get the hell out of there...
