My name is Ashley and i moved into my apartment in May. So far everything is great and i plan to be here until i purchase a house. The ladies in the office and the maintenance are professional and so helpful

So before tonight I could say that I have felt very safe in the Winchester community I love it because it is a dog friendly community, but unfortunately tonight my safety became a fear, as I am walking to my apt I noticed a suspicious person who decide to hide behind the wall of the apt that is located in front of my apartment. I decide to wait for my boyfriend so he could walk with me, the suspicious person saw my boyfriend and decided to walk towards. As we are walking to our apt which is located on the main street we noticed a SUV driving towards the entrance without lights and license plates ,the suspicios person is walking towards the suv got in it and left premises.

The ladies in the office are so sweet and helpful. The maintenance team are always on top of things. Hands down the best apartments in the area and the prices are really fair. I lived at a few other apartments before and nothing compares to these I recommended a few of my co workers here also and they are happy as well

Staff is nice and friendly and the community is quiet. Apartment is tad small and I can sometimes faintly hear neighbors in adjacent apartments, but nothing crazy. I haven't had any problems since moving in and any questions that I had were answered easily. Location is great because it's near grocery stores, fast food/restaurants, and highways. Very convenient.

I just moved in and I haven't had any issues and the staff is Fantastic!!!! I recommend Winchester Place Apartments to anyone!!! The location is great as well, Hwy 290, Beltway, and Hwy 6/1960 are only minutes away.

Where do I start? This apartment complex is awesome. I definitely have enjoyed living here over the past 1.5 years and would recommend to anyone. The staff is friendly and kind, the amenities are great, and the overall community is kind and respectful. If you have a chance, the Christmas party is an event you must attend. Greatly enjoyed my living experience at Winchester Place.

Winchester place is a great place to live. The location is fantastic and the grounds are well kept. The office staff and maintenance is the best i have ever experienced. It is very safe and quiet. Grocery restaurants bank and everything is nearby. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I have lived in several apartments across Houston over the past decade and this is by far my favorite. It is exactly what I was looking for; quiet, clean, dog friendly, and reasonably priced. My actual apartment is spacious, and has a fireplace, and there is a 1/2 mile walking trail around the perimeter of the complex which me and my dog utilize every night. The front office is probably one of the nicest and most professional I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Pooja and Stephanie in particular are always very helpful and attentive whenever I have an issue I need addressed, or just when I am picking up a package! The maintenance team, Luis in particular, always resolves my issues quickly and efficiently, which is a nice change of pace from my previous apartments. All in all, I would recommend this complex to anyone who was interested in the area!

It is a very quiet and safe place to live. Everyone here is so friendly including the neighbors. Maintenance and the office staff are the best :)
