My husband and I have lived apartments since we go married (5years!) and this has to be my second favorite place. It doesn't have much going on like gym or parks. But they have a cute gazebo! This complex is very small and the maintence workers live here so everything is done swiftly. Our apartment had a washer and dryer on the outside patio area which was a plus. The only noise for us was a lot of work has been don't lately like the sidewalks. Office staff was a bit rude handful of times but hey, we are human. The reason we may soon be leaving is the price! :(

Ive been living in these apartments for about a year now. I read the horrible reviews and still gave this place a chance. I love it here. Maintenance comes either same day or next day. I rarely have to call them. I mean the amount for rent is expensive but I guess that would be my only complaint. I havent had any safety concerns or anything. Might I mention Im a single mother with a baby so yea this place I would definetly recommend to a family with kids...only if you can afford it tho.

The apartment people have attitudes. They appear to be friendly then they change on you wants your in. The apartment is old and out dated to be paying $760 for a 1 bed room. Everything breaks easy and they're quick to charge you for it. There is mold growing out of the Ac vents and everything seemed to be painted over instead of cleaned.Someone always breaks the gate and parking sucks I advise you, save your money and go else where.

Worst ever . I hated it. The manager is too young , don't know anything. Staff walk n talk all day don't fix anything.

Very nice apartments. My ac broke at 9, I called the guy to fix it and he was here in literally 5 minutes. No noise, peaceful and good neighboors. Maybe a little more security would be nice but besides that I recomend this place for a family with a baby.

I would rate this place a zero if I could. They will scam you in a heartbeat! They think they're slick in making you pay more for an apartment that's not even the actual correct price for it. Screw this place and thank god I avoided it.

I agree DO NOT MOVE HERE I've been here a little over 3 month now and already HATE THIS PLACE , the managers lie in your face , they don't care about you or your safety. I've had my car broken into multiple times and they never care . They never want to make improvements like adding cameras because there to cheap and just don't care about the safety here . They come of very nice at first but please DONT BE FOOLED BY THERE SWEET AND WELCOMING TONE OF VOICE THERE JUST BEING FAKE!!!!!! if that wasn't enough they also let the trash built up and it smells nasty outside all the time . And not to mention the kids selling drugs at night ! Not only does managment suck ! But it's not save here ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE KIDS . I CANT WAIT TO MOVE OUT SO I MIGHT JUST BREAK OUT OF MY LEASE .

I am living here for 1 year and I'll going to renew my least because I really like, everything is good .

This place absolutely sucks

one of the worst places i ever lived. how do you go in my apt. and i not know and the next door tenant says ,hey they went in your apt today but they leave no notice and say why. what you think?
