Do not move here!!!!!! I am currently living here and I can't wait to move. The people in the office do not care about the safety of others because they are letting people with felonies for assult live on the property. I do not feel that I can let my son outside because of that. Plus I have been here for 4 years and every summer the pool is closed for at least half of the summer and they do not take any money off of the rent. I pay my rent on time every month and that is the least you can do since the pool is closed and has been since the last 2 weeks of May. I do not have anywhere to go and my lease is up so I did another 6 months and they want to raise my rent. You have me messed up!!!! I will fight this until I am blue in the face. The apartments are too much and they are not worth it here. Don't waste your time looking at this piece of dump apartments.

As soon as the new management entered into work things changed fast, they started to raise my rent forty dollars after the contract has been renewed and that is not fair because somber of the people cannot afford paying extra money for two bedroom appartment, those appartments took away all my money towards the rent and I couldn't afford cloths pouted dipets for my two little Kids. Those managers only caste about money.

Don't move here. My husband and I paid our rent on time every time. Our lease was up and they made the rent higher so we moved out. We only stayed for 6 months, didn't mess up the appartment; we had no pets or anything. We did not get back our deposit and the management still put a $255 bad credit on our credit report. They did not send a letter to our forwarding address saying we owed or anything. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! The ladies in the office have attitudes and they definately do not care about their tendants!!

I have lived at a lot of complexes and this is the only one that the staff has been wonderful. If I have a maintenance issue, it is handled right away. I don't know why the bad reviews. There is never trash anywhere, the lawn is maintained, it looks clean, my apartment is huge, the maintenance is quick, and the office staff has always been wonderful!!!

This is not a place you want to live. The crime rate is going up, pest is a big problem, management does not care about their residents. The leasing ladies do not seem to stay very long. And maintenance is a joke. I can't wait until my lease is up to get the hell out of here!!!!

2 WORDS.......BED BUGS!! Asked to leave because the people below me could hear me walk. Wouldnt have been the case if the floors werent so thin.

I was thrilled with my apartment when I moved in. Lots of space, no crime, ect. However, after my rent was due on the very FIRST month I got a surprize. A BALLON RATE! I had a crystal clear copy of my lease, and it said nothing about a ballon rate! Yet, every month my rent went up 50 bucks! I started at $650 a month, by the time I was thrown out on the street, with two childern and one on the way I owed $950. Since I gave the power company a 150 to turn on the power, and we where cutting back on everything we were able to keep that off my credit. A few months later,the apartment complex sent my a HUGE BILL! They racked up charges of 2,000 saying that I ruined the carpet, and the countertops needed to be replaced. It just so happened that I took pictures of the apartment before I left. I cleaned it top to bottom! It was move in ready when I left! DONT sign anything with them unless you want to live in a homeless shelter for four months trying to find a place that will take you with a broken lease!

I moved in to these apartments with my mom to help her out and I can't wait to move! The parking is bad, management is and rude everything in the apartment is falling apart! Our door knobs keep coming off, the face of the drawers are falling off, pluming is bad, closet doors come off, hot water runes out, and our ceiling fan in the living room keeps breaking. Also a few weeks ago the was a homeless person living in one of the vacant apartments. Please do not move in these apartments! The price is low but it is not worth it.

i've lived here for about a year now and honestly there are only a few things to complain about. first, the apartments are old and therefore need maintanence. i've had to call about four or five times this year about water leakage. the maintanence responds very fast and are really friendly though. they always fix the problem right the first time. secondly, there are a FEW roaches. i've seriously only seen a few small ones the whole time i've lived here. like i said before, the apartments are old and these things are to be expected. you get what you pay for. but an exterminator comes once every other month so it's all good! lastly, is the quality of the materials used. i don't care for the cabinets or the tile in the kitchen and bathroom but it's really not a big deal. so yahhh, there are downsides but they are things that can be overlooked. nothing special. nothing too bad. just average.
