Meadowchase apts suckass u dont wanna fn live there i mean what people in there right minds would lock someone out of there apts god damn ------- --- holes would thank you and not to meantion there money hungery and the apts have rats and roaches

its crazy how my refrigerator had an AWFUL smell too... & it took them FOREVER to come & fix, after i went i don't know how many times to the office.... but WORST experience w/ apartments... BAD management,is like they don't care (which they don't) maintanance is HORRIBLE....SMFH... not a good choice... well MAYBE for 6 months...still wouldn't recommend it....

These apartments are trashy. management sucks! really - they will send collection notices even after you pay the rent on time. They threaten you with giving you a bad review to other apartment owners so even your next apt search will be difficult. Don't even fall into these guys hands.. just walk away. There are lots of better economical places to live in other than this hell hole. Dirty, dangerous place to live in. worst part is the management - they make no effort to clean, maintain the apartments. No safety, no parking, old construction. walls have cracks and rats live in these cracks. Even a simple fix like plugging the holes is too much of an effort for these useless guys. mold in every duct, water piping is bad.. I'm sick of even writing about them. Hope the management gets laid off and comes to the streets. That will teach them what ordinary people have to go thru live in apartments like theirs

i move from southpoint apts to get closer to my job so i tranfer to meadowchase but i made a bad mistake i was coming home from work and i was walking to my apt a guy pulled out a gun and said get down on the ground and give me ur money that was bull ---- i almost lost my life behind this i dont have on money to give him but i had to give he my wallet so he could live i got the hell out of there the next week could have a piece of mind on more they put that ---- on my credit they didnt wanted to let me out of my lease or tranfer me back to southpoint

I have lived here for about a year now and when I first got here the refridgerator had this awful smell coming out of it and when I asked the office to change it, it was like pulling teeth. When they came out to clean it there was mold underneath the plastic in the freezer. The solution was to take a refridgerator from another unit and put the one from mine in that other unit....disturbing. Then, my Air Conditioner was leaking because it froze over. They came to fix it, but now I have MOLD in my ventalation system and have told the office about it SEVERAL times!! It is growing on my wall and on the vents in EVERY ROOM! The Manager even came to my apartment to see it and told me that it was 'just dust'. I know what MOLD looks like I am not a dummby. I told her that I would have to call the 311 City of Houston to come out and take a look at it. I also had mold growing on my ceiling above my bath tub and called the office about it. Their solution was just to paint over it and they told me that the shower upstairs must be leaking. But they just painted over the mold and called it a day. The solution to my vents is just to have the cleaning lady come and clean them off with BLEACH. Do you really need BLEACH to clean dust???? I also have a Dish Network satelite and have only had it for 3 months now and my antenna for the satelite has been stolen 2 times. The yard maitenance cut my wires the first time and then my antenna has been stole 2 times. You cant get cable here, it HAS to be DISH. Which I find to be soooooo stupid!!! I am so glad that my lease is over in 1.5 months. I am so out of here!!!!!
