I've been here over a year and a half. Car has been broken into. There is a crime at least once every 2 months. The entrance gate is constantly not working/being repaired. It stays wide open for days at a time. The pool is barely open when it's supposed to be. last summer it did not open at all, even though one of the advertised amenities is a pool. Light on my building was out for about two weeks, made it seem very unsafe for anyone coming home late at night. Had roofers working on my roof at 8 in the morning, during a time I was trying to sleep as i work overnight. Management did not ask if they could do anything to make the repairs more convenient. Water is turned off for "pipe repairs" with less than 24 hours notice. I came home and had no way to use the restroom or shower, nothing was offered to help accommodate this. Extremely irritating.

I wouldn't recommend anyone live here unless you like living with bugs. Who ever moves into #52 will be pissed. This place has a big roach problem & I find it weird that it doesn't bother anyone. Poor mgt. it's sad when you have to have new mgt come in every few months. I lived here for a little under a year. I moved here from Wisconsin and this was my first apt in Houston. Thank god I moved to the cypress area where there are NO BUGS & Mgt is okay!!! Well wishes to who ever lives at meadowchase apts!!

Overall i m very happy been here for two years almost and Great new management and good Maintenance Inside of the Apts are in really good shape, semi new looking. All parking have 24/7 cameras and are kept clean.The outside paint jobs looks good. VERY SATISFY..for NoW...

I would not tell anyone about this apartment because they treat every one different from each other and they have no respect at all...So no i will not tell anyone about them...

I lived here for 6 months, and I really hated the manager in that time was Brenda, and she was such an ugly person, you can tell she did not have the experience to be in that position, she had no idea of what she was doing, and the place was infested of roaches, in general I do not recommend this place at all!

Dangerous at night they have security cameras all over the parking places, they have "CAUTION" signs also .. they broke into my car two times and almost break into my apartment. people have died in these apartments. lack of security around. Maintenace they take days to repair something!!! Appliances are old and DONT WORK (Dishwasher) NOISY NOISY NOISY PLACE! Lack of parkin spots. the apartment overall is alright inside.

Do not move here. The only thing that is good about these apartments is that it is cheap rent. You will definitly get what you are paying for. The crime here is bad and I know stuff happens everywhere, but it is scary! People kicking in doors while people are home, people breaking into cars, the gates are always broken, you can barely get certain things fixed, sometimes they say you can buy certain things and they will then fix it for you. If you have kids do not move here and think they're going to be safe. I have only stayed here bc of cheap rent, bc i was saving for a house. But when I heard they had three doors kicked in one day my husband I have decided its not worth our security. Please save yourself the heartache and Do Not Do Not Do Not Move Here!! Trust me you and your family are worth more than these apartments. If you do still move here pray to Jesus everyday that you are safe, because they don't send out letters every time stuff happens here. Oh yeah rat and roach problems. Don't move Here.

These apartments I only live here for 7 months and I'm leaving they are so unsafe my apartment was broken into acs my car was broken into it's not that I'm not locking things up I am there actually breaking into things here people have died in these apartments acs there over sol not safe wouldn't recommend anyone here at all!!!

Everyone has smiling faces, the office looks neat and clean. The apts are well kept on the outside until you start renting you see the different things wrong, maintenance is great. Go through a big problem and they go numb on you and you have to do their job for them. Overall the walls talk to you at night time and its not the shifting of the foundation either.

Do not.... I repeat do not rent here. Do it at your own risk and get a psychiatrist while you are at it because you will need her through your trial and tribulations.
