Absolutely horrible apartments. I have lived here for three years. They started renovating and they are on their third manager already because everyone is so rude. My patio hasn't had a fence in months and I have dogs. Roaches are horrible. Oh and in 37 degree weather if your heater isn't working, it's not an emergency to them. Yet the rent keeps going up. Do not move here.

Hello people! I don't give bad review to any apartment but for this very Meadowchase apartment, trust me, this is one apartment you would like to avoid by all means. I lived in the apartment for 2 years. Mere looking at this apartment, it looks great, in terms of cleanliness, lesser noise. The only viruses affecting this apartment are the staff members and the insects crawling all over this apartment, especially during raining season. When you call anything in to be fixed, there is no response. I remembered complaining about insects, and snails without shells, in my apartment, the staff member I spoke to said someone would be sent to take care of it but nobody showed up throughout. I paid my rent as early as possible through out my stay in this apartment but only to be charged $800 because my capet wasn't washed and the stove wasn't as cleaned like the way it was rented out to me.They now turned the 800 dollars to be my final rent even though did not owe no rent before I moved out. This very apartment is the first apartment I ever regretted living in , of over 7 apartments I had rented and lived in. Stay clear of this apartment, it is horrible. The manager needs to be replaced. They they are willing to listen to you, or what you have to say.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!! This worst experience ever dealing with and apartment complex. Staff is super rude, never can give you a direct answer, and if you need something fix, forget it. I had raw sewage coming up in front of my apartment told them about for 3 days nothing was done. I threaten to call the news and the come with a water hose to spray the raw sewage in the grass as their clean up. Dog and cat sh!$ everwhere. All types of crime and drug activities goes on night and day. No security and cameras are useless. My best advice please, please save your money and sanity and move elsewhere.

Hello! If you have came across this review and wondering if it worth it to live here. I would say no. I have only been living here a couple months and I have already had a water bill that was more than my electric bill! I asked the office why she charges are up to $70 when I work full time and I have no washer or dryer connection. I don't use the dish washer and I usually eat out most of the time. She told me that the city of Houston are responsible for the bill going up and so I proceeded to contact public works. And they clearly stated that they bill the apartment complex and the apts bills each individual. That lets me further know that these women in this leasing office are not as knowledgable as they seem. Secondly, I wake up this very morning that prompts this review and I HAVE NO HOT WATER. Mind you I have other obligations to attend and I must be clean and pristine. Now I have to wait until the office opens and hear all the excuses in the world about this hot water issue. These apartments seem very reserve and quiet but don't let it fool you. There are a million dogs around here and they pee and poo all over the side walks. The apartment complex has maybe one or two areas to walk to dogs and it's in a corner near the trash cans with no grass or anything.I don't understand how that could work. The laundry facility isn't worth your time. You might as well find a local laundromat. 2/6 dryers work the rest have too many coins or just don't work at all. I've told the office but hey no big deal. Just find yourself another place to do laundry ! I have made several complaints to this apartment complex and of course no one knows anything. They lie and make up excuse after excuse. If you're look for a place to live. Steer clear from the Westchase area as a whole. All of these people are not as they seen. Better yet. Find yourself a nice house in Houston. Real estate is looking up. Thanks for reading. -concerned tenant who's problems are ignored.

I've been living at meadowchase for years 2005 now left and came right back I love it here. The office staff is very helpful always willing to help with anything they can help with and very easy to talk to. The maintenance keeps the grounds looking clean. And the overall enviroment is beautiful. The maintenance when requested is always done right away and I love that about the very friendly crew. I would like to really like to give thanks to Rocky who is always willing to get things done and if not able to he will let you know and get it done as quickly as possible. I love my apartment and would recommend this complex to any and everyone who would like a quit place to live By Maria

I moved here March 1st, so far I am very happy with Meadowchase. I love my apartment, it's unique, clean and very cozy. The complex is very quiet and pleasant. The laundry facility machines work, they have taken care of my work requests within a day. Ariceli, Katrina, and Isla are wonderful nice, and professional ladies to work with. Katrina made my move go very smoothly. The tenants seem to keep to themselves and I have no complaints on loud noisy neighbors. I can't wait till the summer when the pool is open. I look forward to living here. The grounds could use a touch up in landscaping, but there are trees that are shaped with the walkways, it looks very nice. There is plenty of lighting on the grounds and parking is not a problem.

Me and my wife have been residing at Meadowchase apartments for what has been an astonishing 3 years that have been flying by fast lol. I haven't regretted a bit leasing here after moving from El Paso. This being my first apartment experience I must say that living here has been wonderful. The 2 delightful ladies have been very helpful since the very beginning. We moved into our townhome recently after deciding to renew because of course residing within WestChase district is quite pricey when compared to other apartments therefore the manager and her assistant went above and beyond to help us qualify when we asked for any townhome units available and in this regard I must say that the manager did a superb job in transitioning from our previous apartment to the townhome. The maintenance staff responds surprisingly rather quickly and I am glad the mean lady in the front isn't there any more. Nothing but sweet niceness from the ladies. Thank you for the rewards program! This is our last month for referral program. I wish I can give my name so youall can put me as a reference :-)

This is an unfriendly apartment, the staffs are so mean, rude and wicked especially the fat one, I think she is the assistant manager. This apartment don't put the interest of their residents into consideration all they care about is their selfish interest. They don't answer phone calls and will never return your calls. All they do is be on the internet doing what I don't know. Most of the times you visit the leasing office what you will see on the door is " WE WILL RETURN AT ............." This apartment has become a nightmare to their occupants. This is an apartment that will wake up one morning and make a rule without putting the interest of their residents that made them what they are into consideration. I said so because without the monthly rental payments of the residents these mean and rude staffs won't get their pays. The rate at which the residents are moving out and breaking lease has increased. Someone needs to call the management and change the present staff, the management needs to hear the complains of the residents. The residents feel threaten by these current staffs. I will not advice anyone to move into that apartment for your safety and peace of mind. I personally had a very terrible experience leaving in that apartment. This is one of the worst apartments I have ever lived in my life since the new management.

Rude confused office staff. I visited the apartment complex twice. The first time the manager showed me the apartment and I really liked it but I wanted my husband to see it also. So I came back with him and they have a very rude leasing agent at the front. I told her I had already seen a unit and I came back so my husband could see also. Then I told her the unit they showed me had carpet and I was wondering if they have any units with hardwood floors. She stared at me, the said "I don't know what you mean". I repeated, "wood floors". Then she went into some speech about how they don't have wood floors and they had a client ask for new floors to be put in and it's really expensive and rudely told me "I wish this topic hadn't even come up". All because I asked a simple question. She then showed us the same unit I originally saw, but had a horrible attitude the entire time. She walked way ahead of us where we could barely keep up as she was taking us to the apartment. Then when I asked questions about the unit we viewed she had attitude with every answer. I've looked at their website since then and the same three 2 bedroom units have been available for a month or more. Perhaps the management should consider the fact that they're most likely unable to lease those units (which for the size and price are a great deal in this area) is because of the rude leasing agent. At the end of showing us the apartment she kept telling me how she'd only been working there 3 months so she'd have to talk to the manager to find out about my question about hard wood floors. Personally I would think a lot of people might ask a simple question of what type of flooring they have. So I don't understand why she found it so difficult to answer a yes or no question. I liked the apartment so much that I still considered leasing there. But I called to ask some additional questions and the office staff NEVER answers the phone no matter what time you call. I got directed to a corporate answering service and tried to ask the guy on the line how long they will hold an apartment once I apply. He told me he doesn't know I'd have to speak to the actual local office. But like I said they never answer the phone. So, needless to say I decided to just go with a different apartment complex.

Im a current renter been here since Nov 2012.i was a first timer.I biggest problem here was there tree fell on my car and I'm responsible. So the next day i borrowed my boyfriends car. they towed it for no parking sticker, then wanted me to pay for the tow.I have had problems with roaches.About my first month here they appeared. I didnt make a request didnt think it was that bad so i bought a bomber i left for 40 minutes came back. WOW dead roaches were all over the bathroom a few in the kitchen. After that i just make a request(per ansewring service), I've called for treatment about 12 times including once for ants but they didn't do nothing, told me i'd have to wait 5 days before the next spray.(per office) i had to go to the store myself and buy bombers.Another because they left a note the sprayed but the note was outside of my apt on the ground so i was like that's bull. There were leaks in my apartment that i believe they painted over..both were coming from the neighbor on top. Her ice maker broke, second her dishwasher broke. But when i had a meeting with maintenance & manager they couldn't get their story straight tried to say the leak was caused by rain.I pretty much keep to myself. At first i didn't see the point of the gate because i would see people jumping them, the entry & exit gate has broken about 3 times,or couldn't get into the right gate close to office. They didnt have permits at first move in but put back in effect..when they want to.In my building there i'snt much noise. maybe 3 times since i been here there was loud music but not more than a hour..I do feel some safety but doesnt mean nothings happen on the property. I've seen police out about 3 times on the property not sure for theft or abuse.Although i do have a spacious apartment pretty 767 sqre cheap compared to other complex's. Oh watch out for the passums.
