I moved to Sabo Village in 2008 and I have been satisfied with management, custodial staff and the whole site. The grounds are kept up so neatly that when my guest come over they have to comment on how nice everything her a Sabo Apts. I was brought in by another tenant who lives here and I have had the opportunity to refer another tenant to this apartment. It is known by all tenants if you have a problem just call the office and management/custodial will take care of it.

My name is Mrs. McGee and I am writing this review only because I saw the review by happyhomeowner245. It is clear to me that you were upset with management for something and decided to retaliate. The people in the office ARE NOT RACIST!!! and every time I go into the office they are so sweet. All of them are nice and are willing to help you in anyway they can. It's a shame that people do things like this to ruin the reputation of others because they are upset. I could never do something like that but of course, I was taught better from my parents. The grounds are kept very clean, yes their have been some activity with someone having their car broken into but NEVER had anyone murdered here. Really? wow...I was upset when I saw this review because it taints the reputation of people who don't deserve this kind of treatment. All I can say to you happyhomeowner245 may God bless you and I hope you get over your anger. I love the apartments and NEVER had an issue. Any apartments that are pet friendly will have animals there...that's the whole purpose of a pet friendly environment. This is the kind of thing you ask when you apply to stay an apartment. I was a pet owner so I wanted to move to a pet friendly facility. These apartment would be a great fit for anyone if you would like a clean facility. My apartment has new carpet and everything in my apartment was fine. I transferred from a smaller 2 bedroom to a larger and both times I received new carpet. If there is anything wrong with your apartment the maintenance people are on it quick. Hopefully the bad review from happyhomeowner245 won't taint your judgment, these apartments are great!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Management are all liars! And will steal your money, and make false accusations against you!! the two -------- that work in that office are some snakes! Big fat snakes! They lie, and is filling the place of with --------. And ------.. all I can say is YUCK!! Shes a liar too! She unprofessional, ------, and uneducated,! The apartments kept getting broke in to, two murders, people tires are being stolen in BROAD DAYLIGHT even when we park right in front of the office. When complaint was made, ------ saod, she was glad she dont live here, because its a mess! What kind of mger speak of her workplace like that!? The grounds are well kept. They two flash light security officers whom of which my 2yr old can beat up! The fixtures in the unit is old, and out of date, they overcharged you for water! Be careful at night, bevause you will get robbed!! Mgt will not notify you until two weeks later after the robbery has happen! Management sucks, two fat -------- are disgusting, and ------ is --- who kiss the ----- man --- just to keep her minimum wage job! So, if you like racist --------. Want to live around ---------, enjoy being robbed, living with hundreds of stray cats, loud music, having things stolen, amd a ----- ----- who lie, amd kiss the ----- man --- to get ahead, then by all means. ..move to sabo! So glad I left when I did!!!

I'm late writing my review for sabo village but it is well worth the wait.I lived there for 2yrs and I loved my apartment.The staff is nice and get the job done when you request it.Change out your filters every month no problem cause some apartments don't even tell you.Location was great and food market right there. I would of staying longer if my job wasn't so far and buying a house.I would recommend this apartments They keep their appearance up as well
