I've been living in Sabo Village Apartments for the past 3 years. All of a sudden someone started damaging my vehicle, which is a hate crime. I told Sabo Village Management Office about my car being vandalized. They are doing nothing about it, even when the car is parked right in front of their office to see. One of the girls in the management office blames me for my vehicle being vandalized! Instead of addressing the lack of security in the apartments they blame the victim! There have been several apartment break-ins recently, all they can do is pass some generic letter that doesn't say anything about what they are doing to increase security. A whole car was stolen in these apartments a few months back and the management did nothing! Nothing was said. I've made two reports to the police, and I'm about to sue this company for lack of security, failure to protect their apartments and the vehicles on their ground. Their gross neglect of the renter's property is careless and irresponsible.

Staff is not bad. Sandra is very kind. Maintenance is also good here. The bad thing here is the crime. In the 2 years that I have been here there have been multiple break ins, multiple attempted break ins, shootings (google Shooting at Sabo Village and you will find it on MLK day in 2018), my neighbor was carjacked walking to her apartment. The security lights never work so there are so many dark areas and there is so much shrubbery that people can hide and jump out and attack easily. Also, security doesn't show up until 10 pm and half the time they are asleep in the little guard house. One day i left my gate card and phone at home and couldn't get it, it took me 10 minutes to wake up security to let me in. They didn't even ask if I lived there. Safety wise, it is horrible. Staff/Maintenance are great though.

This place has been my home for the last 3 years, and I couldn't have picked a better apartment complex to live at for my first solo living experience. The office staff is amazing! All the ladies go above and beyond with any requests, and take your concerns and turn them into reassurance as quickly as they can. I cannot say better things about them! Maintenance is incredible. I had AC issues one evening after maintenance already left for the day, and Juan came from his house within 30 minutes to fix it for me. They all are on top of things! The gym might be small, but it has enough and is hardly busy. I was able to train for my first marathon using that treadmill! Security has gotten better since I first moved here. The security guard at the gate at night has definitely decreased negative incidents within the complex. That's another thing, the office is so good at communicating when anything happens on the premises, or when they will be coming in to change air filters, and whatnot. Communication is great! The residents are friendly, and the grounds are always clean. I'll be moving shortly to a pet-friendly apartment complex, but I'm definitely going to miss this place!

I lived here 3 yrs and am satisfied with the apartments. No roaches, No rats, Exceptional maintnance, and friendly staff. Recently added a security guard at the gate to make grounds safer. I would recommend this place to anyone.

DO NOT MOVE TO THIS APARTMENTS!! Worst decision ever!!! The manager is rude, not proffesional, staff won't do their job how they should!!! My dad rent with them and all they care about is having the rent pay!!! When you need something from the office staff will be doing their makeup, eating, having friends over or talking on the phone!!!!! Manager will be doing the same... Plus!! They change the rulers for the parking and make everything impossible for you to be able to get it!!! Worst apartment in the whole area, they don't even have security, you will get a card letting you know to be safe because everyday there is a new accident. Plus!!! They are so expensive, it's like paying for a house! Please don't make a mistake moving to this nasty and insecurity apartments.... Don't believe on their online page EVERYTHING LOOK SO NICE AND PERFECT BUT ITS ALL DIFFERENT!!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! One of the staff personnel is beyond disrespectful and there is breakins and residents being robbed at gun point every month or 2. I lived here for a year and after a year they said that o can't get my deposit because carpet needs to be renewed in the living room that cost over $900. Rip off. I moved because they also increase my rent by 150 so I was going to be paying 980 a month for a 2 bedroom 2 bath not including utilities. Worst place I ever rented from.

I been a resident for five months and love it have not had problems yet love the fitness room and staff.

Sandra and Viri are both very nice, smart and professional. I really enjoyed living in these apartments.

Office staff is AWESOME! Maintenance is incredible! Every person who I've come in contact with is wonderful. My neighbors are very nice, and I'm glad my friend recommended this place! I am glad I live towards the front. I like that everything is so close and the security cameras are out front!

I just had my one year anniversary living in Sabo Village. I have not encountered any problems with the office staff, neighbors, etc. The office staff is most helpful to me and my needs concerning my apartment. I can't begin to say enough about maintenance. They are an excellent group of hard-working people. The grounds are always kept beautiful. If there are strays on the property, they are coming in from the outside and that is almost impossible to control. You have to understand, we are in the mist of a neighborhood as well as surrounding apartments. My stay here has been nothing but wonderful and peaceful. Overall, I would highly recommend Sabo Village to anyone.
