Mold, Many attempts to clear MOLD and no clearing has been done.
Citizen complained of light flickering to managment 2 weeks prior. Citizen had to call HFD on Saturday due to smelling smoking and was informed there were rat droppings and felt the rat had eaten on the eletrical corsd. Citizen advised management of info to no avail.
