311 email request . It is unoccupied as far as I can tell and currently has an overgrown backyard that is running over into my backyard and festering snakes and rodents. It is also dilapidating on the roof and back of the home. The trees also need cutting and cut off the back fence that runs over into my yard.It is an eyesore and a danger in this neighborhood.
