This address is an unmaintained lot that is becoming completely overgrown with noxious weeds. In addition, the owners of the lot sprayed harmful chemicals that killed all of the trees on the lot which now pose a risk to the public ROW / driveway on the fenceline. These trees are now at risk of falling and should be removed by the landowner.
